Shocking service! Item arrived broken and damaged and now 1 week later I am being asked to go out of my way to return them because they won't send a courier. The Manager will not speak to me and said I will get an email, I just want to send the item back and get a refund.

They advertised a "great deal" for concert tickets and after I purchased them. about a week later, I saw them on sale from the venue cheaper than what I paid. It is misleading to say the least that they say they are offering this "great deal" and it is not. I contacted customer service who repeatedly told me that there were no refunds. I think a multi-million dollar company could issue a rebate of the difference in order to satisfy a customer. Apparently, Groupon does not feel this way. Very disappointing.

Bought a 6-day holiday through Groupon, had a pretty awful booking experience. Substantial hidden charges, attempted substitution of the hotel to a poorly rated and far out of town location, plus many other things such as travel connections that made it impossible to even reach our hotel on the first day. Overall it was a pretty BAD experience.

There is loads of fine print that is deceptive. Merchants are not always honest - some are great. Groupon does not have customer support by phone only chat and email. They will always give a hard time to customer.

They absolutely did not help me to resolve a problem that has created the partner. I looked for help by contacting them over and over again. Without words! I'm speaking about Groupon UK!!

I used Groupon for the first time recently and have returned to purchase many times. Everything has been easy to order. The e-mail confirmations are informative and instructions simple to follow. Pamper treats for myself and as gifts have been enjoyed at incredibly low prices. I will be back!!

incredibly difficult to redeem a code. Too make matters worse I had to create or login into an account to redeem a gift. I do have an account but resent that I have to acknowledge the account to redeem a gift. BTW the account I do have will bever be used again!

SOLD ME GROUPON WITH CLEANING COMPANY WHO REFUSED SERVICE BE BECAUSE I WAS ONE MILE OUTSIDE THEIR SERVICE AREA. GROUPON REFUSED A REFUND AND TOLD ME TO GIVE IT TO SOME IN THE SERVICE AREA. ASSHOLES!

Never ever My account was blocked and i cannot get in touch to see what's happened. I bought a driving experience coupon for my husband's anniversary. The day i bought it, they sent me an email saying my order is processing . Next day i wanted to see the status they say there is no account linked to the email address i received the confirmation the day before!!!!. You cannot call - fill up a form and apparently they call you back . Forget about still waiting after 2 weeks. I understood from one friend that it took her about 6 month to resolve a problem which is still not solved No way to buy from them again- too much trouble

I ordered few things of closes first time at the Groupon and it was so bad condition. it was like some body making that stuff from basement and selling. Will never buy closes from Groupon. I got so bad experiences.

Total lack of follow-through support from Groupon UK. After paying for a deal and then booking with the merchant (restaurant meal) the merchant then cancelled booking....reason was that Groupon had failed to pay the Resturant on 40 previous occasions for coupons purchased by Groupon account holders and were no longer accepting any bookings from this website. Having contacted Groupon Support with my complaint (they still have my money for purchase) and after nearly 3 weeks they have failed to respond further to resolve this issue, this amounts to a fraud!

Ordered 3 identical items before X'mas 2017 from the Groupon (2 arrived in a pack). Their courier Hermes lost the 3rd identical item 3 times despite reordering. Groupon blamed Hermes for not delivering and on the 3rd occasion it was delivered 100's of miles away from my address. Hermes blamed Groupon for the wrong address, but when I inquired with Groupon they confirmed my correct address. Despite this, as a customer I was sent round without the item and I ordered the same from Amazon and received it promptly before Xmas. Neither Groupon or Hermes have taken responsibility! The CE's of both companies should be sacked for a pathetic service!!! I will writing to both companies and sending it to the press.
