“Ordered something that was supposed to take 7 days to arrive. 3 weeks later and still nothing. When we looked at the tracking it said it had been delivered and signed for by someone completely different. Clearly it wasn’t us and we hadn’t received it. Spoke to groupon and they said it must be that they’ve given the courier the wrong tracking information. No apology though! Offered us our money back in groupon credit but we refused and they finally agreed to give us our money back into our bank. Clearly realised they had messed up! Will not order anything from groupon again.”

If a big corp like Amazon has real people for customer service than Groupon should have a decent costomer service.

We rang again today and the women put us on hold for 20 mins so we would get bored and hang up. There’s no option to return unless going through them, but they won’t talk to us. We’re down £600 and have furniture we can’t assemble, the other item hasn’t even turned up and it’s been 3 weeks. I’m so upset I could cry, I don’t even care about the furniture but just the thought of loosing £600. Worst company ever, do not buy from.”
“The item I ordered was not the item I received. I tried to write a review and it does not give me the option to write a review. When I got a hold of a representative for help they said that the item I ordered was going to be sent. It never came, i tried to write a review again and the Groupon site doesn't actually let me write a review. It does seem that Groupon isn't much into customer satisfaction.”
