“The experience to say the least has been ONE of the easiest, hassle-free transactions I've ever had. The customer service team gets back to you in a timely manner, your tech arrives as if it was never opened or used before which in itself is priceless. “These people rent/sell inferior products and are not customer focused, in fact it's been impossible for them to send a return shipping label despite requesting one for months while continuing to bill me. The "support" employees are clueless as to providing SERVICE to existing customers and are argumentative when trying to resolve this. The laptop they sent me won't even allow me to install print drivers or retrieve external files. I can't discourage future customers more strongly. At this point they won't send a return label until I pay them which at this point feels more like extortion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
