Ordered control arm bushes for Audi TT. Received control arm bushess for MKII Golf. Operative told me that the bushes had been fitted to early TTs.... don't think they ever were and I'd provided the reg for a late TT anyway. Unnecessary delay to return bushes for new ones to be sent out. Very disappointing.

Hi, Thanks for your review. As per the telephone conversation you had with one of operatives, it has been confirmed that there a choice of two bushes on your TT due to a chassis number change. It is important that if you are unsure when faced with a choice of parts when ordering, that you contact us so we can help determine the item you require. sent the incorrect wiper blades. only 1 set came up as they had the number plate for the vehicle.

I went on the site for a replacement car battery, put in my registration number which found the correct vehicle. Ordered the battery for collection from my local shop, picked up the battery took it home, tried to fit the battery it was completely the wrong size and would not fit the battery tray! What a complete waste of my time and petrol went to halfords got the correct battery. You really need to make sure that the products you list for my vehicle are fit for purpose! I would have scored you very poor but I did get a refund

please can some one tell me how to return an incorrect part Cardiff branch will not take back any purchase made on ebay or online already email a request no reply so far will give one more working day and then take it up with paypal this as put me buying from GSF online will not use this service again

Shopped online for indicator bulbs and showed as having stock in a local store. Just as about to leave got a call saying they never had any. Called to say it showed stock of a more expensive variant but it turns out they never had any of those either!!! Need to keep better stock management!!

Ordered a part on click and collect using my vehicle registration number and when I tried to fit it I found out that it was for a 4 door and not a 2 door model. There was no indication of this on the website description or on the item packaging. I wasted a day on this and petrol money exchanging parts. Very poor

Went to the branch in Bristol road, Gloucester and was not even served at all. The staff in the counter was busy chatting to his mate whist the other two inside must have been on their breaks. Anyway, I was there for 10mins at least and left. I went to the branch in Cheltenham and had a better service.

First time I tried the online order with discount for service parts was very impressive. But when I went to Heathrow GSF counter. Added 5 Litre oil can, unfortunately the staff was unable to give discount as Advertise on the counter for when you buy oil and filter. very poor service.

I have used the premises on a couple of occasions and each time the customer service from the staff was below standard. 1) No sense of urgency from employees 2) Taking far too long in retrieving products. Will not be using again.

When I entered my reg number to buy a headlight bulb it gave me one option. Which I obviously purchased. On recieving the part it became apparent when fitting it that this was not the right piece. When I bothered to call up to find out how this had happened it was suggested that it was my own fault for ordering the part suggested for a line of vehicles rather than my specific vehicle. As a result I had to purchase a different product to get what I wanted and online I had to search for this part using its unique product code. Having entered my reg number I would expect you to be able to give me parts for my specific vehicle, failing that a list of options rather than just one. Now I'm £3 poorer for no reason and posting or delivering the part to your shop just isn't worth my time and effort. Not impressed especially with the follow up phone call.

Incorrect Part, picture on website not the same as the item purchased even though same no on the item and box. Part located via GSF search from Car reg no. Resulted in two wasted trips to GSF. GSF car parts finder is flawed and not reliable. but at least you should get the item as pictured on your website, not something completely diffrerent.

Had to wait for order to be picked from shop floor, one item not available. Then got charged for free products, I paid prior to receiving my receipt and was in a rush so no time to challenge.

clicked and collect for oil and wiper blade but promotion code ppc30 didnt work told them when i picked order up but had to pay full price!!

One of the items was clearly faulty, even the staff in the branch said it was obviously a faulty part, yet i have had to purchase another unit and wait indefinitely for the return of the faulty unit to be approved, meanwhile being of of pocket through no fault of my own. The branch should be able to exercise discretion and help customers rather than tar everyone with the same brush with their returns policy. Not impressed.

Its great to be able and source parts locally but i was very disapointed when collecting my order. Although the website stated there was a 25% discount on service parts and clearly in the advert it stated brake shoes and pads. I was told when i picked up my order that they weren't considered service parts. Poor customer service attitude.
