Reserved a wheel bearing online to collect the next day. Assistant bought item round and placed it on the counter. Immediately I noticed (written in very obvious black ink) "FAULTY PART" on the box!!! When I questioned this, the box was opened and it was discovered the part was indeed faulty and had been fitted previously! How did this item even manage to get to the customer without someone noticing this very obvious writing???!!! They did not have another one in stock and I was not even offered free delivery to my home or local store ( I had to travel 30 miles to northampton as they were the only ones with stock of the item). I was left with no option but to buy the cheaper and less durable 'standard' part. It goes without saying that I was exceptionally disappointed with my GSF experience.

I called in to collect my order only to find half of it ready the man apologised and went to collect original order of 4 items. After a short time he apologised again for someone not checking my order and then informed me that the last item was out of stock. ..3 out of 4 not bad hey.

Ordered a set of Brembo rear disks for my Audi a3 s line on a click & collect. Upon collect the disks waiting for me at GSF where not Brembo, they where Zimmerman. Which due to time being an issue I had to buy them. Point is, I would like what I ordered! not the next best thing.

This is not about the purchase that I made from the Nottingham branch. Witch by the way was excellent! But more about the very poor service at click and collect leicerster branch. Ordered on the Friday was given the sign to say they had lots instock! drove all the way there first they couldn't find my order then they told me they where out of stock and would have to order it.... When I asked if they could deliver it, to save me coming back! NO they couldn't deliver to private addresses! And that was the manager!!!! So I've bought the part from euro parts delivered free!....

The branch are correct, the local delivery fans cannot delivery to private addresses. The only way a part can be delivered is by using our website and ordering the parts for delivery using the free delivery service (Royal Mail/Parcel Force). We apologise for any inconvenience caused. GSF have always been helpful & supply good quality parts & a good price, sent promptly. However the delivery Agent, Parcel Force are useless & delay getting the parts ordered, even after giving them contact phone numbers & fixing another delivery date, still failed & still waiting for my order after 1 week. Not good. Try another delivery agent or loose customers.

I ordered two wiper blades for my car and when i went to collect them was told i had only ordered one. I was also told i'd only ordered one? Who on earth only needs one wiper blade? I have now purchased new ones on the same day from another supplier.

Having purchased a set of 'Tailored to fit' car mats for my VW Tiguan I expected them to fit the footwells neatly. Unfortunately these mats do not fit well and the rear mats in particular appear to have been designed to fit a completely different car altogether (they only cover about 50% of the floor space). Quality of the materials is fine for £25.00 but the fit is extremely dissapointing. I will not be buying GSF 'specific to model' car mats again. I've used GSF to purchase servicing consumables for years without any problem - they went badly wrong with the car mats though. They should stick to car parts and forget the mats unless they actually measure up the floor space of the car first!

Unfortunately the computer system was down so the staff were unable to sell any products. Ultimately was a waste of everyone's time, will not be going back unless really desperate. Make a mockery of the click and collect service.

Was queued behind two people being served, who didn't have a clue what they needed. One had walked in with their MOT failure, and working out what they need at the counter, another was ordering wipers by trial n error, ended up leaving with nothing! Took me 15mins to get a bulb I had preordrred, its not supposed to be a service centre, they should have bn told to go online... Not happy!

I have used GSF for years, but I know very well that parts can vary in quality and fit. The website seems only to allow me to choose standard or premium but does not give me the brand in all cases. With respect, I prefer to make my own decisions on part quality, and so will be buying from your competitors.

Brand of fuel filter I ordered was a CAV/Delphi on the website, but a Purflux branded one arrived. Asked about this twice on the website messenger/chat with no response, even left my email address so they could get back to me later that day as they were busy. Still waiting for a response...

12 volt Banner Battery delivered with only 5 volts output. Returned as faulty via store who confirmed low output. Covered in dust with some attempt to clean it, this must have been in stock for a long time. Delivered with no protection to terminals. First and last buy from here.
