Ordering online was good, easy and very clear all the way to check out, One of the best on line ordering sites around, 10 out of 10. Picking up at the depot was another story. One person on the counter serving, another one came in after about 10 minutes, very slow service. We could hear a number of people laughing out in the store room when perhaps someone from the store room should be trained to back up the shop team of 2? during busy periods. Other customers in the queue were also commenting about the waiting time. I have in the past visited this particular store but left without ordering anything due to the slow service which was very evident. So I am afraid to say that customers services at this store falls way behind the standard of your internet site. Regards Les Watson

Hello Gordon, Thank you for your comments. In response to your query, non of the major manufacturers make every clutch in their product portfolio and buy a small amount in from other manufacturers. The item I purchased from you was on ebay. I chose to 'click & collect' from your Sheffield branch as we required the part ASAP. We were having the car serviced and the garage had agreed to fit the part free of charge, during the service. The information given was that an e-mail would be sent when the part was ready for collection. We never received one! A week after ordering the part and paying for it via paypal, we contacted your Sheffield branch. The man on the phone had no idea about your ebay sales stating that "ebay should have posted it to us"!!!! When I did collect it I had to pay again as the sales assistant told me that after three days all incomplete orders were deleted off your system. I then had to contact you further to have my paypal account refunded. This has been one of the most disappointing transactions I have ever had whilst being an ebay user (ten years). Your sales staff are obviously not all educated regarding'e' sales technology and having visited your branch I would also have to say unsympathetic towards customers issues. As stated I'm very disappointed with this transaction and as a result I don't think we will be using your services again. Mr. S. Walton

The website was very quick and easy to use. Click and collect. 1. GPS location is not correct. Every one has problems finding Central City Ind Est. Coventry 2. When I found the place they did not have my goods so had to go back again. 3. On my second visit hey had the goods but could not process the paperwork. After what seemed like ages with still no hope of being able to pay for my goods I threatened to walk out and go somewhere else. I ended up with my goods and a receipt showing more than I had actually paid.

Fast delivery but very poor quality item ended up going to main dealer for replcement that fitted straight away.

Order was cancelled as payment didn't go through. This is of course ok, but no email was sent to notify me. This is not ok. Only when I phoned up to see when I would receive the oil was I told the payment had been reclined. New order placed with alternative payment through PayPal was received without any glitches. I do think that overnight delivery should have been offered without additional charges. Attention should be brought to communication to the buyer.

I blocked some items on Friday through your website but could not collect them same day. Although I called your Heathrow Store same day and asked if I can come and collect day after (Saturday). But the person could not give me correct infiormation and said, I can come tomorrow (Saturday) and check if we are still holding the items. I dont think this should be the practice and I was expecting the firm response with correct information so I can come to your store. Offcourse I didnt come and bought it from somewhere else on Satruday. Thank you Sumit 07715584319

Ordered parts on 6th July according to the dispatch note it was the 8th before they were delivered for dispatch and it took till the 11th before we received the parts other parts from other suppliers were delivered by Wednesday As this has increased the time for repair I will be very reluctant to use your online services Regard J.M.Thomas

A package was sent yesterday 10/07.I was not at home to receive it as I did not expect it as I had no notification from GSF that the order had been processed.In fact I had no acknowledgement whatsoever from when the order was placed.I contacted the courier company to arrange for a re- delivery today which they agreed.No delivery was in fact made.I have the relevant engine parts stripped out ready to fit the parts.So what happens now?

I booked parts and can't collect on time. I wrote email to support with apologies. After 5 days parts still were not in stock in same shop in Norwich. I called to the shop and asked ,can I buy them, collect and have 20% discount. They said, yes. When I checked receipt , discount was applied on cheap thermostat, but 2 shocks been charged full price. I had no time to argue, because had appointment in the garage. Just it is not right, when you as customer, spend time calling, arrive to pick up and still have no discount as should be.

Reserved but said only hold for one hour then I received two emails in two days remind me the reservation. I ordered and paid online but delivery took 4 days which is too slow than normal. Not very happy at all.

Dear Mr Wang, The 1 hour is for our branch to process and pick your order ready for you to collect. A click and collect reservation is held at the requested branch for a minimum of 48 hours. Despite emailing a question and being told that these car mats are the same as the originals, they are not. They don't come with any holes or fixings and, although they fit in the foot well, they are smaller than the originals and have to sit on top of the original fixing point - so not flat on the floor
