out of 3 wiper blades delivered one 26" two were opened, I now don't know if it's been damaged or if there is anything missing

I ordered a part on the click and collect but when i arrived at the norwich depot travelling 10 miles i was told it was not in stock.I returned the following day and collected and was given a slightly cheaper price but it was an lnconvenience.

prices quoted on web were higher than those in shop. Hence discount code of 33% was not achieved. Shop prices did include vat. Very confusing and disappointing

1. Gave up with the online assistant ,kept dropping out after I had typed loads or got message to email as all assistants busy (tried several times) even though it said I was next in the queue 2. Sent 5 emails the last one in the form of a complaint , 10 days gone by, never had any replies 3. They did answer the phone (main office but both times, but a bit abrupt (first person to answer "yea what do you want" (me) can I speak to returns please " Hold on put you through" ring ring ,second person " Yea" (me) Oh hello is that returns "No" long silence then "what do what then " (me ) was wondering when I would get a refund for the part I returned to one of your shops gave the invoice number "no we haven't got it bud" (me) that's strange because the guy in the shop said it would be with you 3 days ago "oh yea we have got it" 4, On the plus side , the guy in the shop was really helpfull

Ordered some wiper blades after typing in my car registration number in order to get the correct ones. Only the drivers side of the 2 I ordered fitted. I return the other one to be told that the correct ones for my car only came in a pack of 2. I am now without a replacement passenger side wiper blade as I don't want to pay for 2 when I only need 1 blade. Basically it's very annoying to be told one thing is correct for your car (can't be more specific than typing in the registration) when it actually isn't.

I have always enjoyed good service from your firm. However, this time the wrong part was supplied and the discount, which I thought was universal, apparently applies only to online orders. This I thought strange, since the cost savings made by click-and-collect over delivered are obvious. Not impressed on this occasion.

Ordered 5 items, only 4 arrived. Called customer support and a less-than-polite chap said they'll post out the remaining one, and hung up. It hasn't arrived yet.

The website gave me the wrong wiper blades for my car which is a 2006 E91 BMW, even though the Bosch blades specified 2009 onwards, I spent ages trying to fit them. Next day I returned them to the Watford Branch and was offered the alternative cheaper versions but asked to pay about £7 more because the branch were unable/unwilling to allow me the 20% online discount - needless to say I declined this and will purchase the correct items elsewhere.

Service has always been good, however on this occasion was disappointed to have been mislead by an item image which purported the kit included an item that in actual fact it did not.

Order took 8 days to arrive when it said on Web in stock when it wasn't,then it turns up with a missing part another 3 day wait till that turns up.

Unfortunately my experiences of GSF on this occasion were less than positive, in itself unusual as I am a regular GSF customer and have previously been more than satisfied with the experience. In total three visits to my local branch were needed to collect the part I had already ordered on line a number of days previously. On the first two visits I was given an inferior quality/cheaper brand item than the item actually ordered/priced and a third visit was needed when they were very helpful in trying to secure the correct item/brand which was confirmed over the telephone as in stock at a different branch. Delivery was necessarily delayed over the weekend but when I returned Monday morning the delivered part was still wrong - aarrghhh! Magically a double-check of my requirements against their stock revealed the part that I wanted and had pre-ordered was actually in stock at the local branch all along! Hardly a satisfying experience for the customer involved, but on this occasion I guess that 'all's well that ends well'!

I purchased this part on the 30.12.14 paying via PayPal. I received a confirmation from PayPal but nothing from gsf and still no sign of the part .

Hello Gavin, Thanks for your comments. Unfortunately you didn't enter your email address when ordering you Tie rod end which is why we have been unable to send any dispatch confirmation to you. I can confirm that your order was picked on the 31st of December and collected by Royal Mail for 2nd class delivery on the 2nd of January which was the next collection day as your order was placed after the same day shipment time on the 30th. Only one guy on the counter. Lots of others walking around behind. I waited for a good 10-15 mins while guy in front was served. Think the others behind could have processed my "preordered" items.

I entered my car registration and the list of brake disks came up. I ordered them and they were the wrong ones (I had already taken the old ones off my car). When I rang I was told that you don't stock the sport version so why wasn't this identified when I entered my car registration into your web page?!

Most models of vehicles these days have more than one disc option according to the spec of the vehicle and it is not possible to narrow down for individual vehicles exactly what disc it has fitted. This is why all of our brake discs have the diameter of the discs in the title to help with identifying the correct discs for your vehicle. The internet site was not working correctly.it said that my order had not been accepted. when it had. This caused me to miss the return email. The staff at the Cheltenham branch could not have been more helpful and efficient, for them I give a 5 STAR rating.
