i recently placed 2 orders, 1 by mistake, i collected the order i wanted but there is no easy way to cancell an order. when i collected my order i explained and the person who dealt with me did something on the computer, but i continued to get reminder messages from GSF to collect my order. this is anoying and unneccasary .

good prices but product info on the website is very poor and its really not a very good website to use the used to be great in the past when they sold nearly any part you needed for a German car there not the GSF they once were sadly

I don't normally write any reviews, but must say that when purchasing goods and returning the same goods. The customer experience was the worst I have ever had. On purchasing the chat just looked at me and said nothing when arriving at the till. I presented my order that I processed online for collection and there was little or no dialogue back from this chat. He collected the item and issued a receipt, then I asked " is that it" and his answer yep, no thank you. On returning the goods I had a different chap and he was just as bad. I think the sales assistants at this branch require retraining on dealing with customers. A hello and a friendly attitude would help. Branch Heathrow.

Unfortunately, my order partially arrived as the picking sheet showed 2 items but only 1 arrived. I have written to customer services the same day but 5 days later, no response. Very poor. Had to buy from another company the 2nd part as I needed it. So am I supposed to just give free money away? Won't be buying from here again.

Part required 2 plugs that were not supplied despite GSF knowing that this part required the Plugs. Great Service from the shops. Lousy service online.

I ordered parts for a service using my cars registration number, they came on time quite happy with that, but i had arranged for someone to service my car and they found the fuel filter to be the wrong one, it was correct on the order just a wrong pick. I had to find a local store the next day to exchange my filter which they did but until i can get it fitted i have a very strong smell of diesel coming from my car.

I ordered on line and paid for before 12.00 delivery. After 12.00 the important item had not arrived. I telephoned an was told it would be with me between 4 and 5pm as it was a special delivery it arrived just before 7pm too late to do anything with it. Why was I not warned it would not be delivered before 12 when I placed the order? And why such a late delivery?

My replacement part arrived in 3 days which was excellent. However when I fitted the new part, it split at the bottom as I was fittting it. It is also not a match to the part that I removed and the dipstick does not fit flush into the new tube.

order on line,break parts,wrong shoes for hand brake supplied,staff in shop tried to blame me for selecting wrong part,but only one opsion displayed on website when cheked by them that was the wright part so concieded it was there fault.Fitted new discs drove car ,lot of bad noise.stripped brakes down,the were scraping the back plate,checked depth of disc it was 2mm deeper than old ones had to hammer back plates out of the way so discs could turn with out touching.Not impressed.Cheap parts unhelpfull staff.

The only reason i did not give it very poor was because i was able to collect. My items very quickly and efficiently. However, both times i have visited GSF the customer service has been the worst i have ever recieved. I was treated as if "how dare he come in here" i felt like GSF did not want my business, and rest assured it will not be recieveing it again until i hear your customer service has improved dramatically. I understand the company mainly deals with other companies and only caters to the public minorly. But you are still catering to the public. Therefore, customer service skills must be high. No matter what. Abysmall service.

Gloucester branch, served by the bloke who looks like Paul Hollywood. I was told that my warranty was void because I only bought one wheel bearing assembly (I already had one so needed a second to get the pair).

Went to collect a part only to find once I had the car at the garage that the wrong part had been picked, the invoice was correct, the part was not. Now will have to drive back down to swap said part at the weekend, a little annoying but hopefully can get it right this time.
