Delivery was hopeless. The parcel got left at a post office branch 10 miles from my house.

Hi, I can see they tried to deliver this within 48 hrs. as stated on our delivery information. If for any reason you are not in to take delivery and sign for the parcel, the courier is instructed to take it to the post office/sorting office for collection rather than their own sorting depot. The parts I had ordered hadn't even been picked when I arrived to collect and pay. This is despite a text message to advise that they were ready for collection. Had to wait ages as the customer in front had a complicated enquiry. Eventually your colleague shouted for assistance, and one of the 4/5 employees sitting in an office staring into computer screens, that had been visible to me at all times, begrudgingly gave up his time. Then a part that I had ordered couldn't be found, then someone else found it. Much to improve I would suggest.

Hi, Thank you for your review, having used the vehicle details provided by yourself it appears that the incorrect unit has been ordered. The option chosen on the website does state 'for vehicle's with catalytic converter'. The branch will be happy to handle your return and help get the correct part where possible. Hi, Thank you for your review, I am sorry to hear that the bulb has failed. Please speak to the branch and see if they can help you. Please remember when fitting a bulb DO NOT touch the glass, touching the glass can cause premature failure of the bulb. Thanks Matt - GSF Web Sales.

After being guided to the part for my vehicle, when it arrived it was completely wrong. They were less than no help when I had to ring them and cost me more money to return their mistake. I have yet to find out if the second part I ordered at the same time is also wrong.

Chap on the counter seemed less than happy to add another three spark plugs to my order as I'd only ordered the one. My wife collected the order for me an I was told he was muttering under his breath while picking the order off he shelf. An oversight on my part in the first place

Am not happy with the online service I ordered online because in my near by stores they didn't have the items to put up. I always drive and pick them to store. Now it's a week not got the items.

Hi, The items you ordered on the 30/11/2015were dispatched the same day. Parcelforce tracking number PBID6785911001, because no one was present to take delivery it has been at your post office since 01/12/2015. Please visit your local post office to collect the items. Thanks Matt - GSF Web Sales

I ordered a battery which was delivered next door, when I went to collect the battery it was damaged, it had quite literally been "dropped off". This was resolved very quickly by an email to the online sales team. The replacement battery however has still not arrived, I asked for it to be delivered on Friday rather than next day but on Saturday it was still in transit. Lets hope it arrives on my doorstep tomorrow, less any damage. I have to add that GSF provided excellent after sales service.

I recently, ordered a few parts that were arranged for collection. When arriving to collect the parts, I was informed that one of the parts ordered wasn't available as someone had incorrectly labelled it. I was informed to return the following day to collect the parts. I returned 1 1/2 later (enough time to get the part in) where I was informed that the part I wanted had been sold to a different customer and that my parts hadn't been "reserved" (funny, what is the purpose of online booking/collection system then?). Anyway, I was informed that a further part would be ordered and I should return the following day. During this period, i was receiving notification from the online reservation system that I hadn't picked up my order and the "reserved parts" would be cancelled. I did reply to the email explaining that i couldn't pick up the parts as they were incorrect. No response and still continued to receive "spam" emails informing me that collection had been cancelled. I returned two days later to the branch and finally collected the parts. The experience wasn't a pleasant one as not only did I need to return three times, but just seemed the system/processes aren't in place to deal with "reserved" parts..

Product was perfect and arrived in good time, unfortunately at the wrong address, which was printed correctly on the label so courier fault. Very kind of the gentleman to drop it round to me.

Not really a fair rating as the staff in your branch were superb and really tried to make the best out of a bad situation. Nevertheless the major problem was that between making an order to collect and arriving at your branch your computer system failed and basically the computer said no! This left half a dozen customers a wait of up to an hour before the system worked. We were all offered an order cancelation but that simply wasn't an option for any of us as we needed the parts and another supplier would like to be closed by the time we found one. As a post script I did get my order and supporting paperwork which clearly didn't register on the system as for the next few days I got irritating emails asking me to pick up my order or that it had now been placed back in stock!

Ordered rear brake pads for a BMW E36. Pads did not fit as the springs on teh rear pads would not fit into the rear brake caliper pistons.

Ordered Crankshaft Pulley for my BMW e46 02 model, but recieved a crankshaft for an earlier model e46. paid for next day delivery. But that was pointless. still awaiting refund.
