Shame they just send out whatever is to hand - regardless if it's the correct part or not! Happens every time I order! Fortunately one guy in customer service does his job properly and corrects the lazy mistakes. The other guy needs a slap.

payed on the 16th july for pre noon delivery friday still waiting for the order to even be processed took money quick enough. If my order isn't here today i want a refund as waiting four days for what was supposed to be next day for it still to be processing is just a joke.

Hello and thank you for you're comments. Your order was placed after the cutoff time for same day dispatch which means that your order was collected on the 17th of July from our warehouse. As we do not offer a Saturday delivery service, the next day for delivery is Monday the 29th so your good should have been delivered this morning. We can only guarantee your parcel arriving the day after your order if it is placed before the 4pm order deadline for same day shipping. The parts were fine and have never had a problem with GSF parts. My gripe is that there was an offer of 15% off and then while I was checking my brake pads were in stock along came a different offer of 25% off. Then later, too late to use, there was another 35% off. I do wish you just did good prices without all these discounts. It would mean I would buy and do a job at once rather than waiting for better offer.

My part is the wrong size. I used my reg to select my car but I was sent a seal for an 8v gearbox. When I rang to say the guy told me that is the seal listed for my car. I am telling you it is wrong. I was sent a 21.9mm seal and the 16v needs a 23.9mm. Change your website. I now have a part that I can not use!

entered car reg on website, went to collect and parts were wrong , selected different parts, website advised parts in stock at local shop, they weren't ,had to re-order in shop and wait for a delivery.

Ordered two batches of the same item and only received one over a week later I'm having to chase. Parts needed urgently and are actually available from local branch. Service is usually good to be honest.

Despite receiving a phone call saying you had both mirrors for me to pick up when I arrived to pick them up you only had one of them. I left and bought them online from another retailer that delivered them next day. Not very impressed.

After ordering a head Gasket set on line, click and collect, I caught the bus and walked to collect my order. After waiting some time as there was only one assistant serving. When looking at the packet I remarked that it had been opened and was missing several parts to which he said what parts are missing. Not my place to point that out. The outcome was to pick up new Head gasket few days later.

Recently I have been ordering parts by mail,generally have been very good also used click and collect which was also good,but every time I order rear windscreen wipers they get it wrong first one was a rear wiper for a Kia picanto year 2009 gave me the wrong one,latest one was for a Mazda Demio year 2000 sent me a front one.so all in all have my doubts on I whether I will be using the service again.

The Reading Branch managed to supply two different type of spark plugs with different threads & single & triple ignition, Farnham Branch saved the day .... But will be very careful shopping there next time!!! Lee

Ordered brake discs only to find they only sell them in pairs so basically it would be easier to advertise in PAIRS not SINGLES....and you put your car reg in to bring up whats going to fit your car NO brings up full range so order parts dont fit . Gsf car parts are better going into there stores but online rubbish.

All of our discs are priced as singles but have the important message that you require an order quantity of two for a pair or stating that the discs are handed so you will require the other side too. we apologize if this message was not clear for you. Also, inputting your registration number will limit the number of parts displayed to those potentially fitting your vehicle. Where more than one option is present, it requires you to either check on your vehicle or contact us for assistance in selecting the correct parts. Most vehicles these days unfortunately have various options that can be fitted meaning more choices of parts. ordered/reserved on a Monday due to my work hours was going to pick up on Thursday afternoon/Friday morning,checked thurs pm and no discount or order waiting to be picked up, back to full price, wtf going on gsf

Tried to order from depot and pay by card asking for van that drives past yard to drop off.Told only deliver to businesses I thought 4 companies working out of yard would class as business??? very unhelpful

I have always had really good service from your Erdington branch as I did when I collected my part. Very polite etc. the service I received when I went into enquire about the part was quite the opposite. The guy we spoke to was very abrupt no eye contact and I felt he could not be bothered in fact he was quite abrupt from the moment we walked into the shop. This is no reflection on the rest of the staff but I am surprised people bother to go back there.
