“Really disappointing service. My order wasn't dispatched until after the date I was supposed to receive it, which was 1 week after the order date, and then wasn't actually delivered until a other week after that. Gym Direct neither answered nor returned my calls to enquire about it.”

“The parcel arrived broken, the barbell bar is slightly damaged, the clamps are missing. I emailed to make inquiries, no response received. I only have plates and a bar, unable to use it! The worst online shopping experience ever!”
