“Truthfully I wasn't that impressed. I had 1 missed call from Gym direct. I called back within 30 minutes and the gentleman I spoke to had no idea why they called. I then received multiple calls the next day to discuss an issue with the product I purchased. It would have been ideal to sort it out during the initial call back. I also need to return a product. The team took several days to respond and just said ship it back for a refund. Although I asked for a product swap. I get it, but overall the customer experience hasn't been what I'd expect.”

“Delivered within 2 business days. Exactly what I wanted. Affordable. I was worried when I read the reviews where people said there were problems with their deliveries and the customer service reps were unhelpful. However, my concerns were seemingly unwarranted and I didn't have any trouble at all! Super happy.”

“Purchased 7 pairs of dumbells (3-9kg) for use in our clinical pilates room. Order placed on Wednesday 12th July, they were shipped the next day and arrived on the Friday! Very quick delivery and easy to navigate the website (sale prices were a very welcome plus too!). Will likely order again in future!”

“Despite initial concerns about mixed reviews, I took the leap and couldn't be happier with my purchase! The delivery of my order took around 3 weeks, which I found acceptable considering the number of items I had ordered. The product quality exceeded my expectations, especially given the affordable price point. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! One thing worth noting is that not all the weights I initially wanted were in stock. However, they offered me alternative options that worked perfectly for my needs”
