Delivery 6 weeks plus. Poor to no communications

Dear Mick, I'm sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery of Gym Direct. We have been pushing hard to get our product out as quickly as possible and are working on improving our communications so that customers know what's happening with their orders. I am happy to report that we have now shipped all outstanding items within the last few weeks and will be making improvements in this area going forward.

Delivery was continuously delayed then we received weights instead for a treadmill then another lengthy wait for the treadmill.

Made an order months ago. Gym direct was happy to take my $1000 and deliver the product months later (still waiting for it) with no updates and no option for a refund. Very poor!

I had ordered some resistance bands and had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for them to be posted and it was only when I had sent an email through asking about the delivery that surprise surprise the item was then packaged and shipped off. I have ordered from you in the past with no problem however this time the service was definitely lacking.

Not so much an issue with you guys but the courier. I only received the barbell on Sarurday morning. The last order didn't deliver on the same day, but instead across two days. I would hesitate to order from you again. Sorry.

I received my bike with rust on the underneath and above the wheel. I contacted Gym direct - it took 6 days for someone to get back to me only to be told the rust is on the underneath of the bike and it doesn’t matter. No offer of a reduction in cost of the bike or a replacement. Happy to take my money but not responsibility for their own product quality

I placed an order that was in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. After placing the order I was advised of a 5-7 day dispatch delay. I only received the order today, some 17 days after initial order. I understand that there are complexities associated with the current times, but this does not excuse a lack of communication as times change.

Order has been dispatched 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been received, still unsure when it is going to be delivered to me and Gym Direct is unable to give any clarity on when to expect it. Quite unhappy to be paying such high delivery fees for an unreliable service, then receive an email for feedback on "how did we do?" when I haven't even gotten the item?

I had to ring Numerous times to chase my order, when it finally arrived it wasn't complete and no notification of it, I had to ring to find out where the missing parts were.

Hi there, we checked the email tied to this review and it's not subscribed to any of our marketing channels? The emails you've received are more than likely transactional emails related to orders or products - which are not classified as marketing emails. If you would like to be removed from our system completely, please let us know and we can do that for you.

Hi Peter - Unfortunately, Australia Post is currently experiencing pretty severe delays as there has been an outbreak of Covid at a few of their major Depots in Sydney. This is completely out of our hands but we have submitted a formal request for all tracking information to be updated to accurately reflect these delays. We deeply apologize on their behalf for the inconvenience and we will keep you in the loop.

Hi there, I just double checked the order tied to this review and it was shipped with Australia Post. Unfortunately they have had an outbreak of Covid-19 in a few of their major depots and are experiencing some delays while their courier drivers self-isolate.
