Hi Ashley, we resolved this issue for you on the 20th of August. Your order was placed on the 9th of August therefore the wait was 11 days. We realize that this was longer than the listed delay timeframe but unfortunately with some orders these things happen. We deeply apologise for your experience and hope your next one is much better!

I will not be ordering from you again. I got my order of 4 15 kilo plates nearly one whole month after ordering. Two weeks ago I ordered 2 20 kilo plates, and still nothing. I was told it was to be delivered on the 18th of august. It is now the 28th and still nothing. I’ve been training for an extended period of time and you have left a very sour taste in my mouth. Although your prices may be cheap, your service is incredibly deceiving and will certainly let everyone I know from the fitness industry, NOT to order from you

Ordered a standard weight bar. Received it but it has poor quality knurling and provides poor grip. Gym Direct cared little and offered $10 off. I don't want $10. I want a good quality bar. Avoid.

Thank you for taking the time to review our product, Peter. I appreciate that you took the time to provide feedback and am sorry for your disappointment with your purchase. I'm sorry that we were unable to meet your expectations in this instance and will be sure to pass on this information to our Quality Assurance team as well as any other departments who may be able to help rectify this issue. For the most part, the barbell you purchased featured knurling standard to that bar from the manufacturer, and based on the images sent - was not a defect. Unfortunately due to that reason we are unable to offer anything else in terms of replacement and/or a gift voucher. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to reach out!

I have still not received this order I made weeks ago. It was supposed to be coming again today and yet again apparently they tried to deliver but I wasn’t home. I HAVE NOT LEFT MY HOUSE TODAY in the attempt to finally receive my order. I would like a refund.

Product was different to the picture, and I only could see the cost of postage after “selecting” the only postage option which confirmed payment.

Hi there, we are unsure of what exactly went wrong in this instance and how we can be of assistance. We do not have an order number, name or contact details therefore have our hands tied at this point. The shipping calculator is present on every product page and does not require you to make a purchase before determining shipping cost. Well, it took four phone calls to staff that were noncommittal and uninformative, telling me that 'we will get back to you within 24 hours' ( which they didn't) as well as 3 emails before I actually receive my delivery 3 months after my online order was processed... In the end I requested a refund if delivery couldn't be done ASAP...Very disappointed to say the least....

I bought a pair of 27.5 kg dumbbells only to receive one. I have been informed by gym Direct the the other was lost in transit and another one will be reshipped. After several phone calls and a week later waiting I'm still waiting

My order has yet to be delivered. Ordered 14/02 and now 02/03 and order has not been completely delivered as promised by 18/02. Very disappointing. Part of my order has been travelling on courtier between Vic and NSW on 4 occasions so far and has still not been delivered to me.

I was really unhappy with the service I was provided and the time and energy it took to complete an order. I had a $60 voucher I wanted to redeem with a code yet it took my sister-in-law (the person who boughtme the voucher) calling the gym direct office to verify that yes, she did in fact buy it for me before they would complete my order. They then refused to give me the $20 off (first order promo) as I was told that the voucher was being used as a special code and not the currency that it represented. I then made the choice to pick up my item from the Taren Point Warehouse (again, only given the pick up time option of 3:30 which for 99% of professionals, isnt feasable at all, seems like they really wanted to charge me shipping) only to recieve an email from the freight company that it was being delivered without my knowledge. I didn't mind it being delivered for free, but even when I called Gym Direct asking if it was being delivered they assued me that no I had to still pick up the item. I highly doubt I will be purchasing any other products from Gym Direct in the future. I am not one to every be upset or complain, especially with the year we have had however I was spoken to like I was a bit of a fool and that there was only one way to do anything. It's a shame as Gym Direct have always had great products and been reliable but this 3 week process has really put me off.

I went to your warehouse to purchase my weights initially, I was rudely told you need to make an appointment. Nowhere on your mobile site is that clearly stated, it’s not until you go to pay for something that you’re notified. So I gave you a 2nd chance and ordered online, your delivery service is incredibly slow, it took over a week for you to process my order and have it delivered to Padstow Heights. I also unsubscribed from your mailing list and yet here you’re emailing me again?

I ordered a concept 2 rowing ergo from gym direct as it was advertised as being in stock ? It was sold out everywhere, so I went with Gym direct as I thought I should have it in a few days... It’s now a month later and still nothing. I rang gymdirect after about a week to find out that they advertised wrongly to get my business., they did not have a concept 3 either ! I was quite upset with the person at gymditect who admitted, that their advertising was misleading. He offered me to cancel, but promised that as soon as the next concept 2 would arrive they would let me know and send it per express. Indeed I received an email 2 weeks ago , but still nothing arrived. It’s over a month s now . There was no apologies, gym direct uses misleading advertising to get customers and then does not deliver. As I paid full price now over a months ago I am extremely frustrated. Please be aware with misleading promises by gym direct .

Dear Mr. Jens - Ulrich, Thank you for your review and feedback. As spoken this morning, we have looked back your purchase record and confirmed that you placed this Pre - Order item back in 2nd Jan 2021 and website advertised ETA for product availability was from end of Jan 2021 onward. Fortunately stock came back earlier than we expected and your order been dispatched and shipped on 27th Jan 2021. However due to Perth COVID19 lock down , no freight company been operated and therefore, your goods still been hold in Perth depot. We are doing our best to get your goods out ASAP from Perth depot. However we are shock that you were not willing to understand the situation and terminated phone call conversation abruptly; We also disappointed to be accused that we mislead the information as we are honest business company and been trading for over 13 years. We are not able to change stock status after order been placed. As discussed, please contact us and confirm if you wish to continue with the delivery; Otherwise we are more than happy to cancel the delivery and refund you in full if you are not happy with our service. Whilst we appreciate the dumbell rack, the approach and inflexibility with respect to the delivery / leave at front door when living inner city seemed unreasonable and irritating. To not be able to receive even a notification of the date it would be delivered and the approximate time in such a scenario caused a lot of issues. A lot of companies have significant order volumes and do the courtesy of informing customers accordingly. To say this is not possible seemed unprofessional and a little dismissive of a reasonable request. Below to then ask if the order was delivered on time is ridiculous given you don't advise the approximate time the order would be delivered.
