“Thanks for the invitation to write a review. Firstly my name isn’t Bec Hassall. Secondly my bench got delivered to my front door as the delivery guy was only paid to deliver it that far so my husband and I had to drag it to the room we wanted it in. Thirdly the back part of the bench Itself had a rip in it and the packaging also had bumps on it so obviously was not handled with care..”

“I did make a purchase however I am not Wing Hei Tse. Whilst happy with the purchase I’m concerned that someone has been sent an email with my name and therefore knows I was a customer. That would be a breach of privacy. I think you need to review your mail merge”

Hi Melinda, We are so sorry. Our system had a major glitch and some people have been sent emails requesting a review but addressed to a completely different name. We are so sorry about this glitch.
