Received notification that delivery was on its way back in 12th Jan 2021. The order never arrived.

This is probably unfair to Gym Direct as this is more to do with the freight service. My equipment arrived in separate shipments over a week, including deliver items that were not mine. After 10 days of deliveries and returns I do not have a full order and much of my order is in very bad condition. I have made formal complaints to both Freight Direct and Gym Direct and have had no response. Very frustrated and disappointed.

I still have not received some of my items and am not getting any responses from gym direct or transport company! Ha being paid nearly $200 shipping for my items and an extremely unhappy! Will be contacting fair trading

The product was delivered 2 weeks later then what I was told multiple times. Items were missing when delivered. Customer service from Chris was ordinary at best as I received the same excuse every time the order delivery date was pushed back.

I am still waiting on 3 pairs of dumbbells which I ordered at the end of March. I ordered these as a set with a number of other dumbbells but 3 pairs were left out. I know Covid-19 has caused delays, but this is beyond acceptable. To make matters worse, I have followed up every month and am constantly told that they are on their way and are expected in a month. After 5 months of being told the same story and receiving no dumbbells, I have to say I am very disappointed. Honestly is always the best policy. I couldn't even cancel the items because they are a part of a set. I just can't believe I didn't receive the full set because somehow 3 pairs were allocated to someone else. I should have received all of the dumbbells together. Furthermore, I am never updated on the status of my order, it's always me having to chase it up.

I never received my order Gym Directs courier delivered my order to a totally different address. I have bought 100k equipment for my new gym this year using the same address and all orders were delivered exception for Gym direct. Gym direct never reimbursed my order my experience was like ordering from a Chinese rogue company. Very stressful and humiliating how there customer service presented themselves when l enquire of my undelivered order.

Thanks for the invitation to write a review. Firstly my name isn’t Bec Hassall. Secondly my bench got delivered to my front door as the delivery guy was only paid to deliver it that far so my husband and I had to drag it to the room we wanted it in. Thirdly the back part of the bench Itself had a rip in it and the packaging also had bumps on it so obviously was not handled with care..

I did make a purchase however I am not Wing Hei Tse. Whilst happy with the purchase I’m concerned that someone has been sent an email with my name and therefore knows I was a customer. That would be a breach of privacy. I think you need to review your mail merge

Got sent an email asking for a review addressed to someone else. Question whether the website has been hacked or database corrupted.
