Ordered 6 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived despite sending a in stock notification text. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

Order has been dispatched 2 weeks ago and still hasn't been received, still unsure when it is going to be delivered to me and Gym Direct is unable to give any clarity on when to expect it. Quite unhappy to be paying such high delivery fees for an unreliable service, then receive an email for feedback on "how did we do?" when I haven't even gotten the item?

I had to ring Numerous times to chase my order, when it finally arrived it wasn't complete and no notification of it, I had to ring to find out where the missing parts were.

Hi there, we checked the email tied to this review and it's not subscribed to any of our marketing channels? The emails you've received are more than likely transactional emails related to orders or products - which are not classified as marketing emails. Hi Peter - Unfortunately, Australia Post is currently experiencing pretty severe delays as there has been an outbreak of Covid at a few of their major Depots in Sydney. This is completely out of our hands but we have submitted a formal request for all tracking information to be updated to accurately reflect these delays. We deeply apologize on their behalf for the inconvenience and we will keep you in the loop.

Hi there, I just double checked the order tied to this review and it was shipped with Australia Post. Unfortunately they have had an outbreak of Covid-19 in a few of their major depots and are experiencing some delays while their courier drivers self-isolate. We apologize on their behalf but at this stage it is out of our hands. Live close to the warehouse ordered items on 19 of August it’s now the 13 of September and items have not yet arrived very unhappy

Hi Darren, while we completely understand your frustration unfortunately these delays are largely out of our hands. Part of your order was a pre-order item and wasn't able to be dispatched until we received the item on the 3rd of September. Australia Post was the courier used and unfortunately they've reported major delays due to an outbreak of Covid-19 in a few of their depots. We apologize on their behalf but there isn't much we can do about this from our end. We have filed a formal request for all tracking data to be updated to accurately reflect these delays.

Hey Matthew, we take matters like this one very seriously and are super sorry to hear that you haven't had a good experience. From what I can see in our system, our sales coordinator Chris has responded to your emails regarding the order delay? Please note, this delay was a courier delay and had nothing to do with dispatch or Gym Direct. Once an item has been shipped, it is largely out of our hands but I can see that Chris also reached out to the courier service to find out why there was a delay in delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking data as instructed and you will be kept in the loop with as to where your order is, direct with the courier! Thanks mate.

Shipping took almost 2 weeks when the store is 15 minutes away. Sent me a wrong plate, didn’t offer to replace it with a cast iron equivalent or a different set until the replacement comes. Offered to replace them with cheaper, lighter plates essentially ripping me off. Customer service was pleasant but disorganised

Hi Ashley, we resolved this issue for you on the 20th of August. Your order was placed on the 9th of August therefore the wait was 11 days. We realize that this was longer than the listed delay timeframe but unfortunately with some orders these things happen. We deeply apologise for your experience and hope your next one is much better!

I will not be ordering from you again. I got my order of 4 15 kilo plates nearly one whole month after ordering. Two weeks ago I ordered 2 20 kilo plates, and still nothing. I was told it was to be delivered on the 18th of august. It is now the 28th and still nothing. I’ve been training for an extended period of time and you have left a very sour taste in my mouth. Although your prices may be cheap, your service is incredibly deceiving and will certainly let everyone I know from the fitness industry, NOT to order from you
