“Originally I was delivered the wrong plates, however I was compensated for the mistake made by gym direct, being the reason for this reveiw change. The customer service could do with an improvement but the items I ordered are solid!”

“Had an initial disappointment with delivery - rec'd courier's notification on friday that it's on the way (anxiously waited for it whole day) but it didn't turn up. Called the forwarder's call centre - was told shipment was never picked up. Called Gymdirect and was told it was picked up from their warehouse but shipper probably never scanned it & i should get it on monday instead. True enough it came on monday. Couldn't be happier. Freight forwarder's app is not always accurate. Item came in perfect condition.”

“I purchased a number of products from GymDirect, in three separate orders. All were dispatched and delivered within 8 days of the order, with 2 arriving within 6 days. Orders were processed quickly and efficiently, and notification provided upon dispatch, after which the items generally arrived within 2 days. Good communication, competitive prices, and i am happy with the quality of the equipment. Will do business again in the future.”
