“Re: Your Halfords store in Maidenhead Retail Park, Stafferton Way. We visited this store today and was served by George in the Bikehut Department, This young chap was so very helpful we could not fail to be impressed. In fact we will be back there early next week to have the gas checked on the air-con. Well done Halfords/Bikehut for employing such helpful and knowledgeable staff.”

“Had a problem with the front disc brake on my boardman c x cycle. The asst manager, "Danny" at my local kingston park branch, could not Have been more helpful. He had a very good cycle knowledge, and was most Attentive. His rise to senior management should not be delayed. Ron from gosforth.”

“I called into the Telford branch with the possibility of purchasing a Boardman MTB, I was met by Rich who was extremely helpful, spending time going through the 2 bikes i interested in without any pressure to buy.. I left a very happy customer, Rich gave me his mobile no to text him informing of the time i was collecting the bike and it would be ready at whatever time I wanted to collect it, on arrival he took time to make sure the fit was perfect. Rich goes above and beyond the call of duty and is a credit to Halfords. I will definitely recommend Halfords to others”
