“Put my car in for its MOT at Halfords Oxford (autoparts) and was very anxious about being a woman and maybe getting ripped off. Was very pleased with service and cost efficient repair before getting my pass certificate. Was worried about rip off prices and fabricated problems but all seemed well!”

“Accidentally bought the wrong car radio from the Greenock store and went back in to ask if I could change it or if I would just have to buy another one and, I believe the girl's name was Debbie, was ever so helpful. It wasn't a bother to her at all. Had it all changed over in 10 minutes. Very pleased with the service!”

“Bought a bike from Brynmawr store. Had the chain snap on me took it back to get it fixed and FairPlay a young man called Taylor had it all done within 15 minutes the young man is a credit to your store!”

“Bought sons bike in December and received good service. Went back in to store (netherfield, nottingham) last week to get tyre pumped up and staff especially Brian was so helpful and even let my 3 year old son 'help' pump. Excellent service.”

“I had a nextbase dashboard camera fitted today at Halfords in Kirkstall and was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction. Both members of staff were extremely helpful and polite. I had read a review about the camera fitting service that was very critical, but this was not my experience. Thanks!”

“I went to my local Halfords branch(Ormskirk-Store 0353)) at 1720 to enquire about a job I wanted doing on my bicycle. The repairer,Kev,gave me a quote for replacing the gear cassette,and agreed to do the job if I brought the bike in ASAP. I went home to get the bike and returned to Halfords at 1820. Kev had the cassette replaced by 1845- how's that for customer service?! It's also typical of the prompt service I've had at Halfords Ormskirk branch over the last 3 years or so. I love the fact that the Store's opening hours facilitate this sort of activity from my point of view. Thanks again,Paul.”

“Purchased a bike for my son for Christmas in October only to realise it was far to small as he was finding it difficult to ride took back to the store in Kingston park newcastle they exchanged my sons bike with no hassle his face was a picture exceptional customer service thanks hamish and team.”

“I purchased a nextbase 512 g dash cam for my husbands xmas in November when he looked at it at xmas realised it was not what he thought it was ,took it back into the Dumfries branch as it cost £179.00 wasn't sure if they would refund.The two ladies who served me are an asset to your company their customer service was excellent there names were Amanda and Shirley I will certainly recommend this store for there customer relations in this day& age it is a rarity for staff to be so understanding & helpful thanks again ladies first class”

“Visited Halfords in Cambridge today to buy a Torx socket to adjust the rear door latches on my Sprinter van. I was assisted by Louise who couldn't have been more helpful, she came out to the van with me to make sure I didn't buy the wrong size. It was a VERY pleasant experience in customer service, far superior to what I have been subjected to at other branches. Well done Louise, a credit to the store, keep up the good work.”

“Having left work at 6pm on a cold, dark & damp Wednesday evening I noticed that one of my headlights was not working. I drove directly to Halfords at Crewe Retail Park where I had previously seen their "fitting canopy". After explaining my problem in store I was dealt with by Wes, who not only repaired my headlight but advised me of their free winter check which he did at the same time. I found him to be extremely helpful, very thorough and knowledgeable and I would have no problem in recommending the store for the 1st class service I received.”

“I experienced a fantastic service at the new Halfords Autocentre on Hook Road in Kingston. I phoned them 30 minutes before they closed after finding both my front light bulbs had gone just as I was about to drive home from work in the dark. They were friendly over the phone and said to come as soon as I could. The whole job was completed within no time at all. They didn't even make any comments about all the rubbish in my car, of which garages usually comment on! A faultless service. I will definitely be using them in the future.”

“I would just like to say that Gemma at the redditch branch is a absolute star!! She is a credit to halfords. I purchased a electric scooter on click and collect from store and she called me to tell me it was out of stock. She then searched all other stores for me and found one, collected it for me and called to say she had it in store for me now. Fantastic customer service and she should be awared for this, there is not many people who would go out there way for others. A credit to the company!!! Excellent service x”

“Recently had to have car bulb replaced. Went to Halfords at Sutton Surrey. A very professional service done by a fitter Tracey. She was quick and efficient. Done in their open car park, was dark, cold and pouring with rain. This adverse weather did not detract from her polite and cheerful disposition as she got on with the job, and even took the extra step of checking the other car bulbs. I would thoroughly recommend this branch and their staff, for a job well done.”
