“You make shopping easy, your click and collect service is fantastic. I ordered a Halfords Advanced Socket Set after seeing it on offer on the website, ordered for collection to my local store (Hamilton) - and I received a call within 30 minutes advising me my order was ready, now that’s service!”

“Visited my local Halford recently for a bulb, I had tried to change it myself but my hands are too big, went back in and they changed it for a small charge, quickly and efficiently and then offered to fill up my screen wash. Great service”

“I checked their "bulb finder" app instore and purchased the appropriate LED bulbs for the reversing lights on my Mini. I also asked them to install them for me. For whatever reason, it turned out that the bulbs I had purchased were not suitable for the reversing lights. However, the Fitter was kind enough to find the correct bulb and to fit that for me. He was able to install the other set of bulbs as LED replacements for my rear indicators which was great. The Fitter was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. Will definitely use the fitting service again.”
