“I had reason to visit your store in Elgin today to replace and fit tail light bulb, this was done by a very patient and efficient young man named Michael although this was quite an awkward procedure but this was done to perfection by this obviously customer orientated young man he was chatty and explained everything he was doing, probably most times changing tail light bulb is a simple straight procedure but I can assure you this was not the case. Both my husband and I really appreciated the patience he took to complete the task.😁😁😁”

“Every time I visit your branch at The Fort , Manchester I am impressed by the kindness , cheerfulness , efficiency and knowledge of every single member of staff . Today was no exception . I was served by Vader who could not have been more helpful .He was so pleasant and showed such refreshing passion for his job . I left the shop completely satisfied with the bike I had bought for my grandson and thoroughly uplifted by meeting such an inspiring young man .well done Halfords , The Fort”

“Bought a turbo trainer which cost in excess of £200 purchase was made on line and by click and collect. Took advantage of interest free credit offer which is great as I now don't feel as though I'm paying for it. The website advised me to collect the item on the Monday after 4pm so I went to collect it showed the guys my email but the item had not arrived. They said it had been dispatched but not yet received they were extremely apologetic and with a little negotiation they offered to fit the trainer to the cassette on the bike. Not a job I could have done myself. There is normally a charge for this but the lad did it for free he also straightened a slight buckle in the rear wheel of the bike because of a slight inconvenience. Very pleasant and extremely accommodating. Cannot thank them enough fantastic team great service and very good priced deal when reviewed this product Halford had a good price with 11 months interest free credit.”

“The truro branch that I recently visited are always helpful and polite .Unlike other stores they let my son who is disabled use there staff toilet ,a pleasure to find someone so understanding .Well done to the staff at the truro branch .”

“we required a baby seat for our grandson not as easy as we thought until we visited Dumfries 0847 and was assisted by Laura who confidently gave us the information we really needed to get a baby seat to fit our car the one we checked out online only touched the back of the seat by 30% the one we purchased today is compatible with our car and the time she spent trying other seats and giving advice we really would recommend Laura she is an asset to your company and her knowledge is invaluable”

“Recently bought two mountain bikes from Halfords. The guys there were very helpful and not pushy. They advised on the size of frame required for my height and essembled the bikes quickly. Would recommend buying a bike from the to anyone.”

“Complete battery failure diagnosed 6.30pm - telephone call to local Halfords confirmed appropriate replacement in stock. Breakdown recovery delivered vehicle to store . Friendly staff fitted new battery and car back on the road by 8pm (closing time). Emergency over!”
