“We finally saved enough to recarpet our home. Harrisons were amazing from start to finish. Very approachable, flexible on payment terms, turned up on time, installed the carpet with no damage to our recently painted walls. Top notch expereince, we highly recommend them.”

“We poor had extremely poor service and highly unsatisfactory outcome from Harrisons Whangarei for the installation of vinyl at our bach in Woolleys Bay. I would not recommend them for vinyl installation under any circumstances. Ben Chrystall”

Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service. I understand that you have asbestos in your bach and there are very strict rules that we need to follow in these situations. These can be frustrating and time consuming but for Health and Saftey reasons, need to be adhered to. Kind regards, Customer Care

“The install was fine as they are contracted however the franchise owner didn't take responsibility for a mistake that shouldn't have happened as my neighbour had the same problem and it was put back onto me and I ended up paying extra! No communication after telling his installer he would contact me! Left 3 little stairs with old carpet when it was part of the lounge carpet that was being replaced then lied about my neighbour's install!”

I am glad that the business owner paid for the installation of the extra stairs at his expense and also covered half the cost of the extra carpet to meet your expectations. A good outcome in the end.
