“Installers didn't turn up as expected, we had to chase around following up on that. No check up calls during or after job complete and shocking and unbelievable experience with customer service after a scratch was made - NO ONE came to look at it yet we were told we did it!! Final carpet looks pretty good but in all honestly wouldn't use Harrisons again if they paid us!”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing when things do not go as you had anticipated. Unfortunately the installer did not come on time as the installers mother in law had a medical event the night before. With the scratch, we arranged for a hard floor specialist to come out to view this but you failed to arrange a suitable time with them once they contacted you. The area where this occured was not an area that our team were working in but they noted that you did have a camera in that area so maybe that would be helpful as to where this scratch came from. Pictures of the scratch were reviewed by 3 hard flooring specialists and they believed that it has come, not from a knife, but a furniture drag or stone scratch. The team did mention that they observed a fridge being dragged by other workers (Not Harrisons) in that area of the scratch. Thanks, Customer Care

“I was nervous about having my carpet replaced - where was all the furniture going to go? how could it possibly be done in one day - I needn't have worried. The team that removed my old carpet and laid the new were excellent. The new carpet is fabulous and the workmen so very efficient. I highly recommend Harrisons and am so glad I bought from them.”

“From start to finish it’s been totally stress free. Thank you Caitlin from the Harrisons Tauranga branch for your informative home visit along with your samples that made it so much easier to choose from. Everything went well from start to finish. “Waikato crew were a dream to deal with. Super helpful, total integrity, great range and super competitive pricing. Highly recommend Dan’s consultancy… Hands down best carpet consultancy I had - and I’d done some legwork before going with Harrison’s. Carpet laying team - nice guys who worked hard and did a fab job. Admin/Accounts quick with good comms. Won’t be getting new carpet again in a hurry but wouldn’t hesitate to go back - can’t fault Harrison’s Waikato - every part of the team was fab to deal with.”

“We poor had extremely poor service and highly unsatisfactory outcome from Harrisons Whangarei for the installation of vinyl at our bach in Woolleys Bay. I would not recommend them for vinyl installation under any circumstances. Ben Chrystall”

Hi Ben, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service. I understand that you have asbestos in your bach and there are very strict rules that we need to follow in these situations.
