“The install was fine as they are contracted however the franchise owner didn't take responsibility for a mistake that shouldn't have happened as my neighbour had the same problem and it was put back onto me and I ended up paying extra! No communication after telling his installer he would contact me! Left 3 little stairs with old carpet when it was part of the lounge carpet that was being replaced then lied about my neighbour's install!”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that there was some miscommunication over whether the stairs were part of the lounge. I am glad that the business owner paid for the installation of the extra stairs at his expense and also covered half the cost of the extra carpet to meet your expectations. A good outcome in the end.
