“Everything was perfect from receiving the quote to the installation of the Carpet. I was a little worried because being an apartment it was going to be tricky to move the furniture around, but the guys doing the installation were brilliant, took it all in their stride and did a very nice job. I would recommend Harrisons to anyone considering carpets.”

“My mum had her little house fully recarpeted by Harrisons Hobsonville. From the moment we met Sue we knew we were in good hands. The consulation was great, everything was explained well and the day of installation went as smooth as. The guys were super friendly and did a great job. My mum is so pleased with her new carpet. Definitely recommending you guys to others. Thanks for making an older lady very happy.”

“I had a water leak that had caused mould in part of my carpet. A staff member from Harrisons came and quickly solved the problem. My carpet is no longer in production so he organised for the carpet in my walk-in wardrobe to be used to replace the piece of carpet in the lounge and wardrobe was carpeted with a new colour which is so close to the old no one will ever tell the difference. The whole job was completed quickly and efficiently by staff who were so friendly and obliging it was a pleasure to have them.”

“Wonderful service throughout the entire process. This is the second time I have used Dave Nicolson snd his team and would highly recommend them. The layer was exceptional. He left the house in a beautiful condition with vacuuming done, two mats cut to protect entry points and off cuts neatly put away in a storage cupboard. Thank you Dave and layers for a wonderful experience.”

“We are very happy with the vinyl layers work. However, the process getting to this was terrible. A couple of days before the initial install date we advised the installer had cut his hand and wouldn't be able to do the install - we accepted this as something that happens. The install was rescheduled for 2 weeks later. The night before the install was to happen, we were advised the installer was not available and Harrisons would have to reschedule. We were advised a few days later that it would be another 2 weeks before the installation could occur. Totally unacceptable particularly when we needed to move furniture for the install to occur. I contacted the Harrisons support line who agreed this was unacceptable but couldn't seem to do anything to bring the install date forward. I guess this is how a franchisee can destroy a company brand. We wont be hurrying back.”
