“Phil came and did a quote for us, he made it quick and easy, he listened to everything we said and made suggestions based on what we wanted. He wasn't pushy at all, he made everything so easy at a stressful time for us as we were renovating and planning a wedding. The guy who installed the carpet was great as well, he was super quick and careful, he did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier!”
“Very happy with your service from start to finish. Excellent consultation, and subsequent folllow up consults, info prior to install and the install guys on the day! I couldn't be happier, thank you so much for all your help. Tania”
“Your sales person in Dunedin was wonderful to deal with nothing was a problem he brought us samples to look through and when they didn't work out it was no problem for him to bring more. Service was prompt and helpful and carpet arrived before the expected delivery date, so what more could you want from a company. Gret to deal with, would use again and recommend to friends and family.”
“Initial phone call answered all my questions in a pleasant manner. Rep arrived on time and gave great advice re carpet suitable for area. Was able to give price on spot. Carpet layer punctual and spent day laying carpet. Always asked before doing anything, such as removing doors. Tidied up at end of job. Rooms look great with the new carpet.”
“- Customer service from sales rep at the end stages of installation.
- Delay in installation completion due to communication gap between installer and sales agent.
- Very unprofessional move of taking full payment from customer without completing the job.”
