“As I said, your representative could have communicated with us better, we nearly cancelled the order as we felt we were mucked about a bit. Being told the carpet had arrived only to be told NO that they didn't have it and it was someone other persons order and having to chase up your staff to find out where it was. We needed it installed by a certain date as we were going away and we wanted the room finished so it could be used for it's intended purpose on our return. Why do we not have a Harrison's Carpet place in Napier???”

“We're happy with the carpet and couldn't be a better match. Not havinf to wait weeks to get carpet laid and communication was excellent. Carpet layers were excellent. Would you you guys again. Would certainly recommend you to anyone.”

“Lack of contact despite repeated calling and text messages. Then the 2nd quote advised higher cost but half the Flybuys points. Also haven't received Flybuys for my previous install either. Simply poor service.”

Hi Matt. Our promotional offers do have a fixed time period which we promote on our website. If a customer does not confirm within that time frame then unfortunately we cannot provide that offer, in this case double fly buys points. Regards, Harrisons Customer Care.
