“The caret layers were less than average.They came back to repair a 4cm cut in the carpet. 2 lounge windows were left unlocked. The key was left in the front door- un locked.I received a call from Kelly whist I was in hospital with my 90 yr old Dad who is ver sick so was in no position to bargain and accepted offer of flyby points.
