“We have recently had carpet installed in 2 rooms and we found Harrisons very easy to deal with. Right from the initial phone call to the finished product. With the questions asked at the beginning they knew what products we were after and the price range we could afford. Although we had to wait a while for installation due to them being busy, we were put on a wait list and had our carpet installed before the original date. We had a little hiccup in the final result, but credit to Harrisons they were out pretty pronto to have it fixed, we were very happy dealing with Harrisons and would recommend them to others.”

“The rep arrived with appropriate carpet samples that we could choose from. Great communication and up front re costings and installation etc. Friendly representative who was very helpful. Carpet laid the day that was booked in and the carpet layers were friendly and speedy. Happy with our choice and would come back to you again.”

“The whole process from start to finish was so efficient. The carpet layer called me the morning our new carpet was to be laid and told me where he was at and what time to expect him. They were in and out, so quick and they done an excellent job. We are so in love with our new carpet. Thanks so much!!”

“On January 11th / 12th 2017 Palazzo 540 carpet was installed in our house. We bought the carpet through Jeff Burson. Since the beginning we have had several problems. They had to come back to put more tape under a joint in the bedroom because it split. We were told that we have to keep the curtains in the bedroom closed when the sun is coming in. We cannot undertand why there is a joint at the side of the bedroom where the sun comes in. We like to have fresh air coming in. There was also a problem in a corner of that bedroom and they had to change the carpet there. In the lounge there are two joints with tape underneath that really stand out. We have been told that that will disappear over time.... ?? To cut a long story short : we are not very impressed and we would appreciate it if an expert from your company could come to have a look and give his judgement. “Faultless service -From the Contact lady in Taupo excellent, good humoured and extremely helpful. First point of contact excellent, the chap who laid the carpet very nice person, helpful and nothing too much trouble. Finally very happy with the job done - looks great. Thankyou.”
