“The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful as was the office girl. Once the carpet was laid we did however feel that to have provided a 100% job and to give it the wow factor when you opened the door, a quick vacuum would have been appreciated. It did put a dampener on a service that up and till then was good.”

“Prompt and efficient service quote was on time and we chose our carpet and agreed the price then the date was made for laying this was done on the day and we are satisfied there have been no issues with the carpet since and all appears well”

“Excellent service, great advice and choice of carpet. Would use Harrisons again as they could come to our house and I could see what the carpet looked like on the floor which made our choice simple and easy to make. Harrisons also organized to have it layed which too all the pressure off me. Well done Harrisons.”

“Initial contact was prompt. Fabulous getting an instant quote! Am annoyed though as after months of looking for the "perfect carpet", Harrisons was recommended. We specifically asked if the carpet we had chosen would be deleted within the next year or so. We were told "No". Received a phone call a month later to say it has been deleted! The reason we asked this is we are extending our home and would need to carpet that area Ended up purchasing another 18 metres which is being stored at Harrisons, Nelson. The guys installing the carpet were brilliant! Was a mission for them to lay some tricky areas in our home but they've done a fantastic job! Having said all that, the carpet looks great!”

“Jen Beardmore was great to work with. The variety in carpet types in the lower price region was by far better than another company I had tried. Jen worked out a very competitive price for me which made it a no brainer to go with Harrisons. The carpet and vinyl layer we had was particularly awesome! He even suggested a cheaper way for us to do the job which was greatly appreciated. I have already recommended Harrison's to a few others, and will be getting a price again for another of my properties in a few weeks. Will be requesting that particular layer again, too.”
