“The young guys that moved the furniture and laid the carpet were good workers and happy with the job.however there was trimmings from the carpet left throughout the house.it was not vacummed after the job was done or any effort to tidy up.bits of paper left in driveway.”

“The after service has been dismissive and we have a number of matters not resolved. Carpet was badly installed with a big untidy leap from kitchen to lounge. Also installers managed to damage the gib on my lounge, badly, and the carpet doesn't even join in one of my steps. I have rang and emailed the Cromwell representative/sales person inumerous times and it is very hard to get a straight answer from him if any answer at all. I'm looking for my legal rights as $9k is a substantial amount of money for my family to have such a cowboy job!”

“Were very patient with us as the office was being remodelled and it took about 2 months before it was ready for carpeting. We had to defer the laying of the office and Harrisons accommodated us. We are very happy with the laying. Love the carpet.”

“We love the carpet. However, there was a long delay in arranging the date, and the confirmation only came days before. There is still a problem with the carpet being loose on one step, but we have not had any success getting a reply to several calls and request to have it fixed. They also ran out of carpet and had to come back a week later to finish!!”

“We recently carpeted our whole house and also had vinyl laid in our kitchen. Harrison's were very professional and gave us a great deal. The carpet layer was exceptional and did an amazing job over two days. He even worked on a public holiday so he could get the job done quicker. We get loads of comments on how good the carpet is and the kids love sitting on the floor now. The communication was great and they set a time frame and stuck to it. Well done on an awesome job A+++++++”
