“Carpet laying near the hot water cupboard was not properly stretched and attached to the floor. It is not firm fitting and difficult to vacuum as the suction pulls the carpet up.”

“The service before the carpet is laid is very good but there is absolutely no contact after the carpet is laid not even on the day. I find this very concerning as the transaction is a large one financially and surely someone should check that the customer is happy with the job.”

“Of three companies I contacted to supply quotes, only Harrisons were the only company to get back to me and supplied the quote promptly. They then laid the carpet within four days of me accepting the the quote.”

“Mostly great service, again, thank you Jeff, the third time I have used Harrisons for different stages of our slow house. I would have appreciated a phone call to inform of the delay to the arranged time for carpet laying rather than chasing it up myself with two phone calls. And I still need to find out what's happened to the runner which was ordered at the time, but made too large so sent back for correct sizing...no communication about this yet and it was a few weeks back. Excellent workmanship, thank you Tom. Perfection and ultra tidy.”

“The lino was laid in Nov 2016 with the wrong board underneath. The Harrisons agent although accepting my complaint as valid (the lino was mobile as the board was buckling underneath) never came to view the mess created by the layer. That lino remained in place untill mid April 2017 and not once did he come to my home to view this. The replacement lino was apparently faulty so I had to choose another lino and wait again for the third lot of lino to arrive . He then gave me the wrong balance owing on the lino and I had to give him the correct invoices. It was unprofessional from the time the lino was laid to 5 months later when it was rectified. I would not recommend Harrisons based on this experience. My lino was the worst advertisement for everyone that visited my home during that 5 months. And he never came to see the waves all over the kitchen floor I had to live with for that 5 months . When he got the invoicing incorrect at the end he said he needed a holiday as he had been so busy. Hardly my problem. He gave me a $200 discount in the end. His initiative not mine. Never again will I use or recommend Harrisons”

“Salesperson came to us and had samples already picked out based on our needs. Made it alot easier to pick a final product. Installation on the day was hassle free and couldn't fault the workmanship”
