“The carpet layer did a very good job and the new carpet looks great. The colour and texture are just right for our house, décor and gives a more roomier look to the rooms.”

“I found both Helen and Garry courteous, helpful and professional. My sincere thanks to each of them. There does appear to be a breakdown in communication somewhere in the system though, as having indicated a bit of a problem post installation, I waited several weeks without address. Full marks though for the fast reaction to my second email. Possibly Xmas and market pressures. Helen's follow up to that was great. Thank you.”

“They did not advise about the very necessary floor prep required, and then when we raised concern about the different levels in the concrete floor, they had no idea about what was required. We had to call in another flooring company to fix it. AND the installer was terrible, we can see and feel join lines, they are chunks missing in join lines, it's a pretty bad job.”

“The salespeople were excellent and provided great follow-up both before the install and after. The two guys that came to lay the carpet did my whole house in a really timely manner and they were finished earlier than expected which made things much easier for me getting the furniture back in. They also helped me move the piano.”

“I placed an enquiry about a major problem with the cut of the carpet in my lounge area . I did get a response but when i questioned it further I have not had a reply. Shame on you Harrisons......................I have always recommendedyou with full confidence but will no longer do that.”

“So far the carpet has been brilliant. We have had a dog pee on it in preference to checking out the outhouse in a storm and the carpet responded extremely well. Easy to clean and restore to new.”
