“Carpet installation was fine but would not fully recommend our Whanganui consultant. She only showed us 3 carpet colour options and did not have much contact at all throughout the entire experience except the day before installation, but then asked us to investigate when payment hadn't been made a few days after. Felt a bit rude to be honest. Wish I'd seen more colour options and got to actually feel the different underlays options but wasn't offered any of that. Not hugely impressed.
