“Great job. Completed on time. The planing of door was a little awkward for me but I managed in the end. I would have liked the thin line replaced or at least levelled before lino installed. It left a bump, which cannot be seen but still there.”

“The team at the Taupo office were excellent from start to finish. Lynne was extremely helpful and flexible in scheduling the carpet laying which gave me peace of mind and made the whole process much easier. She was also very friendly and genuine which you don't often get these days. She never made me feel like I was putting them out, though I'm sure the rescheduling was annoying, but beyond my control. Thank you to the Taupo team!”

“The lovely woman who came to my home and advised, measured and sold us the carpet (Christina), was so professional, and kind. I had not purchased carpet before and she made it easy. Then the follow up service was really really great. I had lots of questions and they were so quick to reply and gave great service. I'm impressed, and I love my new thick luxurious carpet. Thank you”
