“We had excellent customer service from Harrisons, starting from the initial consultation right through to the install of the carpet. We found Christina very helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of carpeting and vinyl etc. We had excellent communication from Christina and her office and the FX Flooring guys who did the carpet install, were fast, efficient, reliable, helpful and friendly. There has also been follow up after the carpet install which I think is great.”

“We had been to number of carpet companies and had made a decision, My sister in-law suggested we check out Harrisons Carpet first before we go ahead. I am great-full for her suggestion as, Kelly who came into our home for a consult was honest and her customer service skills were first class. It felt like she was part of our family as she listened, suggested and most of all had the patience to show the carpets we liked best in different areas of the house so we could get an idea of how they looked. The process from beginning to end has been seamless, with all work carried out professionally and skillfully. Highly recommend you look at Harrisons Carpet for your flooring needs.”
