“we were quite happy as i said - we don't use that part of the house so we do not see the carpet that much - staff were pleasant and polite, no issues. The only thing that I wondered about was the wardrobes - the linen cupboard was carpeted as it already was, but the 3 wardrobes in the bedrooms weren't carpeted, but to be honest, not sure if it was carpeted originally as not that familiar with those rooms - i guess we could have been asked, but ??something that could be mentioned beforehand?? Have not thought about it since installation - So not a criticism at all - as i said, we are more than happy with the result. Cheers”

“About 3 years ago I got a vinyl flooring installed in the kitchen. Almost, instantly, I realised the vinyl was not suitable for its purpose, low stain resistance, prone to dents and low durability. The consultant at Hastings Harrison’s ignored my concerns as did the head office. No resolution obtained. 3 years on and the entire kitchen vinyl needs replacing. Unfortunately my budget doesn’t allow for this as the initial cost was over $4000”
