Did you receive your confirmation email straight after purchase? Sometimes these emails can end up in your junk folder, so please check there too! “The online system was easy to use but personally I prefer someone on the end of the phone to talk to but there is a 24hr number to call in case of a claim etc so unable to comment on the customer service experience as yet.”

Hi Karen, We don't offer phone support for customer service queries. However, our customer service team are available on livechat 9am-5:30pm Monday - Friday, and respond in seconds. It is much quicker than being on hold, we promise! You are correct, if you ever need to claim then we have a 24hr claim line.
