I had 4 missing drinks that I paid for and don’t get a refund…..they then send u an automated message saying this does not get a refund we know it’s not about the money….. Yeah it is about the one because this is not a one off incident it happens often plus the service & delivery fee we are charged for not receiving all we have paid for or it’s cold and melted

The customer service reps were like robots responding with irrelevant answers and pretend not to understand the issue. They did not provide any relevant response when they charged my card for a ride that was more than a month old and which did not show up in my app as a ride that I took. The Uber support originally said the transaction was incorrectly charged to my card and have me talk to my financial institution. Note that I am a business traveler and I use Uber very frequently and do not track every ride detail and depend on the app to provide me information on ride details and charges.

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IN FACT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SOLVE AN ISSUE WITH MY DAUGHTER NOT BEING ABLE TO ARRANGE A RIDE WITH UBER AND DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS, CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS UNREACHABLE. PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED! UNFORTUNATELY, COULD NOT GIVE ZERO START FOR RATING.

The worst customer service ever, every time i call they hang up on me because no one knows the solution to the problem. Would not recommend uber to anyone

As per my Trustpilot review, I made a Uber reservation 4/11/23, and was charged $29.25, for a 2.7 miles ride. I made a reservation 6/06/23, for the same 2.7 ride, and was charged $37.00! I kept both Uber receipts.

Giving Uber Support a 1 star review is even way too high of a review. Uber Support is the worst customer support I have ever in my life dealt with.

Uber "Support" is an absolute joke. Even when you call in with serious or time-constrained issues, ALL THAT THEY EVER DO is the following: 1.) Superficially validate your feelings 2.) Take a message &/or transfer you to someone else who is equally as unhelpful 3.) Tell you they'll have someone call you back (they almost never do) 4.) Ultimately, COMPLETELY brush you off (especially in the in-app chat messenging) It's INSANELY FRUSTRATING & today I finally SNAPPED on a "Supervisor" for telling me all he would do is send me through THE SAME PROCESS AGAIN THAT I'VE GONE THROUGH FOR THIS PARTICULAR ISSUE ***NINE*** EFFING TIMES ALREADY!!!!!!! And then he basically hung up on me. I'm SO F*CKING ANGRY RN that I no longer want to work for Uber. The millisecond one of my interviews offers me a job, I will quit doing Uber. They offer sh*t money & ABSOLUTELY NO ***ACTUAL*** support of ANY kind. It's INSULTING to drivers everywhere.

How is this company still in business. Of every company I have spoken to on a regular basis over the years uber support is by far the worst. I do not see how they can survive with this terrible service and business model.

I went to Japan, downloaded Uber app and tried to call Uber car there. I somehow got blocked and my account is deactivated. It was really in a rush and I had to find another option for us. When I got back to my country I sent an email to Uber because I may have to use it when I go to another country. They told me my activity does not comply with their T&C and my account will be deactivated immediately, and the decision is final. For real man? I didn’t even get to use Uber ONCE, but already got blocked, like forever?

The Uber support page requires you to sign in for support when you have forgotten password and their OTP is erroring out not sending OTP to reset your password. Perfect catch 22. Thanks Uber!!!

Uber USED to be a good option. I cannot believe I spent $43.00, which is an entire tank of gas to travel less than 2 miles, plus the driver went down a one way and almost got into a second accident. I'll only use if I absolutely have to.

I have been RE[PEATEDLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST BY DRIVERS DUE TO A MEDICAL DISABILITY AND A MEDICAL SERVICE ANIMAL WHEN I REPORTED THIS, I WAS ASSURED IT WOULD BE HANDLED AND THAT THE TRIPS WOULD BE RUFUNDED. I IMMEADIATELY BEGAN TO GET TEXT RATING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I RATE UBER - ALL UBER - A ONE. THEY NOT ONLY ALLOW DISCRIMNATION AGAINST THE DISABLED AND DRIVERS ATTEMPTS TO REFUSE RIDES. THEY DID NOT REFUND THE RIDES AS STATED. I HAD NOT ASKED FOR A REFUNE - THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. IT WAS NOT!!!!!

Uber hired drivers support from India. Bro, uber taking more than of any trip from drivers. Another slap on a drivers face is hiring a lady from India who didn't know your issue.she , whether understands you or not, tells you that you are good.She takes your issue, calls back to USA-California. Then , a third party called, specialty decides for you or on you. Bro, other than 1001 of my issues, I called to Uber India to fix the color of my car. She told me to wait 48 hrs. The time I calledUber India is 12:30am pacific time. The guy who was working this call taker was in a deep sleeping or having fun in a bar. Unfortunately, Uber drivers are suffering because of this unethical behavior on west and east sides. That is how UBER s sipping our bone marrows.

Yes so, its been 15 days my background check is done and i am still unable to go online and every time i call to support they just told me they gonna solve this issue today but at last they do nothing i am keep on calling every day i am really disappointed from the service provided by the uber.

Uber is not a secured job..drivers make money but once you get a problem;they never resolve it and who's gonna pay ur bills..try to find a secured job drivers..

So frustrated trying to get an account setup. Apparently my MasterCard CC is not being accepted by them. My cc company says they are trying to process 0 dollars when I tried to add $$ to my wallet. 3 different people on chat and now a phone call and now being elevated to technical support. Not sure I want to use their service if their support is so bad. NEVER had such a hard time giving a company my money before!!!!

I reached out to Uber Help on the app about a past order. My issue was that a few days prior, I had ordered something from Uber Eats and part of the order was missing. No big deal at the time, I immediately reached out to Uber to let them know and they were to refund me in Uber Cash. Great. For several days I was checking my account to see if the money had shown up and it hadn’t, so I reached out once again to Uber Help to see if I was missing something or if the money was on the way. The Customer Service representative (Tushar) that I spoke to was incredibly rude, did not answer my question, and then proceeded to”hang up” on me via the chat. I then requested more help. A Yogendra opened the chat, then immediately “hung up” on me as well. It was incredibly rude. I have since gone through the receipts and realized that Uber had just not charged me for the item in my final bill as opposed to refunding my account. So it was my error. And had someone explained that to me, I would have understood. All I needed was someone to explain what I was missing. I am a very reasonable person. I was very shocked at how rude both these representatives were.
