For 2 months there has been an unknown charge on my account. Nothing is being done about it, instead I have to reach out to them and it's the same story over and over. I am expected to send screenshots and my bank statement and we know there are so many scams out there. No one is bothering to contact me as I have requested. This is appalling for such a huge organisation. Their support/help is useless. I guess now that they made money, they don't care about their customers. It's better to use a different organisation who still needs money.

Uber eats is terrible. No customer service. Didn’t pick up my food order. Screwed the restaurant and screwed me. The restaurant gets nothing. I will hopefully get a partial refund, but I will only get a useless credit for the tip. Got no help via Uber app and it’s useless “Help” process. Had to find a phone number not listed on their site from google to get help. Will never use again.

I would give them zero stars!!! I ordered food from merchant. I experience the food didn't taste the same and tasted like it was gone off so I stopped eating and took the food away. Then I got a stomach cramp had vomiting and diarrhoea. I had got food poisoning after the meal. Good thing I didn't finish the whole thing message customer services about the health race and the situation they didn't help me at all. It was a waste of time I even tried ringing spoke to a lady, but that was a waste of time too. The only thing they care about is the commission they don't care about you or I long as they make the money every single time you talk to them refund is a good gesture they don't even say sorry was this time being with this company? Specially the customer service it's shocking

The worst thing is somebody telling you something and they're not doing it. Now when it comes down to business, that shouldn't happen But that's what happens when it's not controlled by The Australian government. Everything is all over the place. Don't trust this company. With your money and your contacts, they have been sharing information. That's why money has been Going Out of my account. And they are having problems returning my money because they can't find information... Don't trust them i'm cancelling everything with uber. Because you don't have a contact number to call and make a complaint. Or find out where my money has gone, That's why we can't trust a company. That doesn't want to have a manager on or a contact number. I had to call so many numbers to To find out Uber does not have a contact number. only for drivers what a useless company. I was trying to speak to the driver and he cancelled my order. A hung up on me. Because I Can't speak Indian If I can't speak Indian and I live in Australia. Uber drivers hang up on your face. We have a problem. This is not India. Please respect and understand people can speak different languages. But English is the only one I am speaking. So why did your employee hang up on me? Because other than speak his language. And he cancelled my order because he wasn't happy. So people, it's more than one issue. This company is useless....

I wish I could give no stars. Took a taxi in Italy through Uber. The price on the app was €40 but I was charged €68 on my credit card. Uber say it’s nothing to do with them. Absolutely useless support

Nunca tienen a nadie para ayudarte el servicio al driver a traves de mensajes lo que hace perder el tiempono es tan eficiente y si hay algun problema te las tienes que resolver como puedas bastante decepcionado lift es mejor

If I could give them less, I would. I called customer service because I was having difficulty getting my cc verified. I called three times and three times I explained my problem, three times they mumbled something and just hung up on me.

The worst customer service out there. Had a terrible experience with eats in respect to which customer service were terrible to the point i now refuse to use it. Just had an equivalent experience with the taxi so that’s off now as well. Good riddance

They transferred and hung disconnected from me 3 times. Each time was the same thing!! Transfer, transfer, put on hold, disconnect and repeat! So I tried support chat and I would get one reply at a time from someone new in 3 hour intervals. Insane..

My order was misdelivered by Uber and after one and half hours finally getting hold of a person they told me my order was not eligible for refund. WHAT wait WHAT. Mind you it was a 70.00 food order. They misdemivered it and I'm not getting refund never again 2

I start my first activity with uber 16.07.2023 and I had a car accident 31.07.2023 I only want to they send me an e mail I started and do my first activity on the 16.07.2023 but they send me an email about 19.06.2023 it is not true I have photos and I can't reach them through the phone call I m desperate about it I wrote them to call me but they are not Why it is difficult just call and make true 1 things I want only

Very very bad support service. I asked for help twice about the promo code not applying to my order. I followed the requirements of the promotion and saw the total but the next day it got charged without promo code. I got ignored both times I asked for support and they try to close my support request every time. The worst customer service ever. And then they say your order was made more than 48 hours ago so nothing can be done. Well it would help if they actually reply and care about the customers and sort it out within 48 hours.

Charged me twice for a tip for my Uber Eats delivery driver, Spent about 3 hours in customer support going through multiple different people who all just said "No we didn't" And when showed that they did through the uber receipts and my bank statements, they all ended the chats, absolutely disgusting, will not ever be using this app in the future

I have used Uber since 2016. As of July, my app does not work for rides or delivery. I depended on Uber for my job and they let me down tremendously. They are horrible! Uber does not have a support line to actually speak to a person. The help section does not have each issue for assistance. So, you get stuck in a loop. Uber Eats, does have a number and you can talk to them. But, with anything complex they can't help. They push it off to a team that can't talk (they don't have a direct line) so they email you. Which still does not work. After speaking to a manager for 40 minutes then I received an email that stated it was resolved. But, it wasn't. You can't even reply to emails. I have called about 15 times and spent hours on the phone. Also, I reached out to managers on LinkedIn without a response. I have had over 400 rides with them. Since, I can't get this issue resolved now I use Lyft, DoorDash, GrubHub and Instacart. They lack customer service! I would not want to be a shareholder of the company. I don't think the future is very promising with them. Remember Kmart, Sears, and Grants… The definition of insanity is doing the same thing, over and over, and expecting a different result. I'm not sure why I keep trying to call Uber Eats to resolve my app issues. I'm going to have to let this go 🥲😞🥲

I tried getting information about a ride for my son. The guy was barely understandable and then hung up on me. I will never use Uber again I’m switching to Lyft! My mother has had multiple issues with Uber drivers and customer service also! Just dumbfounded right now.

My driver fell asleep at the wheel, crossed several double white lines, and couldn’t keep up with the flow of traffic for being so sleep, I recorded him, put in a complaint with Uber as well as requested a refund and they did nothing but apologize, they will understand when they get sued for allowing reckless drivers to take their customers around.
