Uber support is horrible. They've lied several times to me and deactivated my account saying there's fraud on my documents even though all were green. Every time you call support you never get help or you get hung up on. Uber has terrible service and has a lot to work on. When youre an "employee" you get treated like dirt. No good leadership either.

If I could give “ZERO” I would. Uber eats driver support has been the WORST since the beginning. Ive been with two other driver delivery companies never I encountered that many disappointments and issues. Uber employee told be to get my own criminal check and I had to pay for it. So I did. Than I asked where I should be uploading it to another employee and Ive been told that they don’t take third parties criminal record and needed to do the ISB criminal check when I’ll be receiving and email with the link. Following this new information, Ive been trying to make the employee understand that the previous employee gave me false information and made me spent money for nothing and she transferred me and again and again. They just kept saying that they were not the right department to take this matter. I called back another day and they said the same thing until I spoke with payment department that was apparently the right department to deal with, they said I needed to call back when all my documents where approved and that I had completed my background check with ISB. I sent message to support, over and over and kept being told that they cannot refund since it was in their refund policy or some sort. I did not stop there with those stupid answers, kept going and saying I wasn’t ok with this and that they should cover the cost as it was their employee’s fault. They ended up giving me a $25 curiosity payment. I said well thanks but no thanks. I want the full amount. I then said that I will go to higher levels and report them to the business bureau and so on…. Now will see where it goes but, I feel like I got screwed over.

Yes the Uber support people Mr Kildeep K and Manpreet k helped me to resolve a trip which was canceled by a Uber driver and I was charged a particular amount. Now I am happy to get a mail my money will be refunded soon because of them . Thanks you and really appreciate your helping people like me . It’s not really about the money itself I felt like people are able to use me and cheat me on a Uber app which I bearly know how to properly use it . Thank you once again Manju S

Today I called for assistance this guy couldn’t help me with my request. I asked for the supervisor or someone in the documents department he refused my request and kept me on the phone 10 minutes stating he couldn’t give his name. I have 3 cars on my policy the car I assigned was no longer there. They choose what they wanted to my dodge was not my choice. He was rude and disrespectful. I told him I was not calling about my background clearing that was pending. I have access to my own account to know the yet he refused to deal with my reason for calling this morning 4/13/2022

Uber support for drivers is the worst. They don’t solve any issues, just wanna blame everything on you because the app said so. So much for having everything recorded so they don’t use it. Customers have been getting comfortable with saying they didn’t receive their order just to get a refund and its unfair for the drivers. Customers aren’t angels either.

Uber support really deserves zero stars they don’t care about helping their customers, even the way to contact support is annoying, I have been getting runaround from them for 2years trying to get a basic background check so I coif become a driver, they seem like they don’t know what they’re doing, they just repeat what I tell them and send an email saying they hear what I’m saying.

Uber stole $67.00 from me, and will not respond to my complaint. Their drivers can not read English. I had to pay someone else to go get the medications I needed. They got my grandson fired from his job because they went to the wrong building almost everytime. He had to walk the whole complex looking for them. They wouldn't follow the very simple instructions we sent everytime saying make 2 lefts after you pull in. They refused to text in English so my grandson had to use the Spanish translation on his phone. Worst company ever.

Trang customer support as I had an issue with my account where they were supposed to contact me in 48hrs.. 8 days later no answer. I rang them again to ask for an update, the agent could not give me an answer , she hung up on me. Rang again.... They told me that the engineers are looking at it and they could not help me and hung up again as they cannot assist me anymore

If I can, I would put zero stars. They don't have any support for the delivery partners, neither the customers. A big disappointment is their "support" . This is the only issue I have with them. Improving their support service will make them the best delivery app. But unfortunately this is the main issue and It is the most important. Communication with drivers, riders and customers is the most important and they are not doing it.

I accidentally got my uber eats account deactivated, for which from the past 1 week i have been trying to call uber support team to get it sorted. But all my calls and effort went in vain, they always say thry have forwarded my concerns to specialised team and they will reach out to me in 48 hours, but nothing has happened yet. Uber support is seriously good for nothing, they have made a joke out of me now. I am done with them now.

Every time (3 separate issues now) over my 5 mo's as a driver that I call support they are unequipped to assist in any manner regardless of the issue. Where does this leave the drivers with legitimate assistance required?? Not a good motivator for driver retention!!! I've been told during each encounter with "support" that "someone will call you back" to no avail. Why lie to your gig workers?? Sooo disappointed and am currently reevaluating my employment in the Florida Keys with Uber.

Waited over 20 minutes past pick up time while driver shopped for cars! Contacted Uber and was told too bad given a $5 coupon on a $50 ride! What a joke! Will never use Again way too Many other options to be treated like my time is not important to them!

Hi Team, I just want to share my experience with Uber and its services as an Uber driver. I really want to give the rating in negative points but don't have the option, so I'll have to give at least 1. I was an existing Uber driver and I got the message from the support team to convert my Uber Eats account to its account and UNFORTUNATELY, I said yes please go ahead. Once I confirmed to convert my account to UBERX, they took more than a week, and whenever I called to confirm the status they always said it will take 24-48 hours. Meanwhile, my Uber Eats account was also deactivated and I couldn't continue my work. The staff is so unprofessional and they don't have internal communication. They never update me that what's the issue with the account, I got to know the problem only when I called them and will never get to know if I never called them. As an exiting Uber Eats driver, my identity and ABN everything was verified already. But this time, they said they're verifying the ABN details and again whenever I called they said it will take 24-48 hours. After spending almost 3 weeks like this, they said your ABN details can't be verified and asked me to contact ATO to change my name. I was so surprised to know that they're so unprofessional that they don't know that ATO updates the name of a person as per their identity details. Anyways, I contacted ATO 3-4 times and finally got that the name can't be updated on the ABN. Now, I'm completely stuck as ATO can't update my name and Uber wants me to contact ATO to update my name even though Uber had already accepted the same ABN previously. I had shared my name check document as well which says that both of the names belong to me. I'm really frustrated now and really don't know how to break this deadlock. It's now more than 3 weeks and still no resolution for my problem. However, during this time period, I contacted OLA to open my fresh account and they activated my account within 2 days.

One of the worst cab service in Kolkata. In last few months i have observed whenever i book a uber cab (90% time)...within 2-3 min a expected call from driver and they will ask few questions and those answers suppose to be fulfilled the criteria of the driver. Now a days i fill like whenever i book uber cab 1st i have to clear that interview to board the cab. Those common questions are: 1. Where should i come? (they can easily check in app itself) 2. Where is the drop location? - my drop location should be preferable to the driver. 3. What will be the mode of payment, its either Online or Cash? - it means driver want cash for that ride. 4. What is the amount its shows for the trip? - if we book the cab in without surcharge they will not allow for that ride. after your answer it driver will decide to cancel or continue. The probability is 75%-25%.

The first rep I talked to said digital registration was incorrect, then he couldn't tell me why. Then when I asked to send me documentation on this policy, he got off the phone and send me an unrelated link without the ability to reply. Then, someone on chat said I'd need to combine screenshots to show the full policy and it would be accepted. So I did. It was rejected again after several days.

They are totally sucks to help help support. They don’t know where to transfer to get help. I have been waiting for 50 minutes to talk to right department. Sometimes they transfer call and auto pick up but no answer.

Dear Uber Support, I am writing this email to protest against the fare charged, frankly speaking I had no choice but to pay considering the situation yesterday, with heavy rain and disruption on underground, it seems to me that Uber became an opportunist, charging more than 100% on the pretext of High demand, an unethical practice which gives me a feeling of blood suckers and trying to squeeze customers for every penny The Pandemic has affected every one and the whole world is suffering, with this kind of attitude I am afraid that I do not like to do business who have no regard for their clients and are only driven with greed and making money at any cost, I will promote this message to as many people that I can and look for other alternatives as now we have them available Further the Support function comes with set questions, and once you have raised a concern and if you are not satisfied with the reply there is no option for you to reply good bye UBER a disappointed customer 

Wretched service from the Uber support team. Fees will pop up in your VISA in which you did not receive any service for, when I bring it up they say it’s a problem on my end. When I provide proof that it was not they ghost me. I try to follow up 3x and no response. Painful experience with this support team. Awful service.
