I'm not sure how a customer service within a particular company can operate with the ignorance and incompetence of agents like Bhavya and Deepak. My experience aside which has been extremely subpar and full of agents with the IQ of a shoelace, trying to rush on to the next caller regardless of their inability to resolve any issues. These agents are clearly not qualified however this is on Uber themselves and is systemic within their organization. They had a chance to really shine and spearhead in a direction that the world is obviously going however, profits have outpaced customer service. Bad business ladies and gentlemen. Bad bad bad boys. Bad Uber!!!! Bad!!!

Worst support ever; too frustrating and drive me crazy. I linked two accounts, and customer support deleted all my ride history without asking me which version I wanted to keep as the main one and what will happen. I lost all the invoices that I would claim at work, and I couldn't find anyone to communicate with after they closed the case without even asking if that was ok.

If I could leave 0 stars I would I have been trying to contact uber for 3 days I placed an order the delivery driver was rude to me I waited an hour for my order it was freezing cold when it came the driver was sat in a place for 20 minutes when he was ment to be delivering my order I have contacted uber eats about this matter they are refusing to give me my money back and now they are ignoring me they won't reply

Tried to chat support with Uber regarding "3 unfinished charges" that instantly appeared in my wallet. The amounts do not show in my trips nor can Uber tell me what they are for. All support does is say "I can help you just me us a valid form of payment" to pay them off. Where is the detail? No phone number to call either. The chat is useless. UBER SUCKS!!!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wanted to start using the Uber service, but I never dreamed that you would rob me in this strange way before my very first ride. I only stay with Bolt, where whenever I needed help with anything, they helped me IMMEDIATELY and with a nice attitude, they obviously have no need to rob their clients. I will continue to address the situation and delete your application. If paying back £14 that you stole from a client based on a fabricated FOUR year old process is such a problem for you, then it speaks to the desperate situation of this company and the even more desperate attitude towards your clients. This would never happen with Bolt. This is no longer about £14, but about an absolutely unbelievable attitude and ripping off clients. Here you can see that stealing £14 is more important to you than keeping/getting a client. Approach as from the last century. So I'm filing an official complaint against you for this theft, if it can't be resolved through customer service. Thank you for nothing.

I would give 0 stars.customer doesn't resolve issues. They have you tip driver before delivery. Then you can't edit it to 0 if the service is shotty.

My driver found my lost jacket minutes after I left his car on my ride to the airport in April. He promised to send it back but never did. I contacted Uber support numerous times but to no avail. I really miss my ítem, and would definitely pay to get it back. I don’t think the Uber support ever addressed my issue. It would have been different if he could find it, but I called him within minutes and the driver named Christopher confirmed that he has my item. The Uber support team suggested that I file a police report, which I think is excessive. A simple phone call to the driver from the management team would have likely resolved the issue. Thanks

Uber disconnected my account after the first trip and gave no reason. Just a generalised hint at their conditions. It is now not possible to take the case up with them as they always refer to this older communication and its "link" that I have no clue how to recover. The situation is locked into this loop. The only option that was also given was to login to the no more existing account. I had used UBER EATS without problems before. Remarkably unhelpful indeed.

As a dissatisfied customer, I have come across some disappointing aspects of Uber's service. First and foremost, their customer support is painfully slow and unresponsive. It's frustrating when you need assistance and they fail to provide timely help. What's even more disheartening is their deceitful approach to pricing. Despite claiming to offer free delivery, Uber continues to increase their service fees, leaving customers feeling misled and taken advantage of. It's important for companies to be transparent about their charges, and Uber seems to be falling short in this regard. Another concerning practice is their tendency to offer substitute products without consulting the customer. Often, they will replace an item with a cheaper alternative, completely disregarding the customer's original choice. This lack of consideration for the customer's preferences is both frustrating and disrespectful. Moreover, Uber seems to employ various tactics to push customers into spending more. For instance, if you order something worth $30, they will try to upsell you on more expensive items, pressuring you to make choices that may not align with your budget or desires. This manipulative approach leaves a bitter taste in one's mouth. Lastly, their new strategy of only providing free delivery for orders over $40 feels like yet another ploy to squeeze more money out of customers. It's unfair to impose such limitations, forcing customers to spend more than they initially intended just to avoid delivery charges. In conclusion, Uber's slow support, misleading pricing tactics, disregard for customer choices, and manipulative strategies to increase spending are all valid reasons for concern. As a customer, I hope they address these issues and work towards providing a more transparent and customer-centric experience.

Joined Uber 3 weeks ago, sunmi printer won’t stay on goes off when it starts to print been told to buy a new printer. It is their equipment surely they should be providing one that works.

I just deleted the App and plan to never use Uber services again. The charges are totally a scam that is purposely done by arbitrarily changing the setting of your the pick up locations. Be ware if this scam.

You are unwilling to help drivers with ratings that are not true (I got a one star review from a drunk rider who thought he was in the wrong car!! And Uber representatives were unwilling to help change that in any way even though I had evidence that I was using my car on that trip!)

This is the absolute WORST support agency I’ve ever worked for as a company. This shouldn’t even be labeled a company and a business this is all gig work. I have so many bad experiences being an UberEats driver. Whenever you call their support phone number you are dragged through this extremely elaborate and unnecessary process with foreign people (mostly philippino) that treat you as a number and mostly just repeat a stupid script back to you. This app could be so simple as a driver, I understand there are some complications, but the majority are minor and literally punish you unless you waste your time calling their number and starting the waste of time process all over again. One of the worst companies I have ever worked for.

Useless service in london. Two drivers couldn’t find my location and customer services were rude and wouldn’t send a new driver to a designated location. Don’t bother, book a regular taxi.

My experiences with Uber keeps repeating every single time I use them for some reason. I use Uber in every country I visit. But there is a major attitude difference with drivers in Uk. Everywhere I go the driver jump straight to carry my luggage, but in uk that never happens. The driver just rush to open the back of the car. The question here is very valid. Why should I use Uber and not the black taxi while, the taxi driver jumps on to help with whatever I carry, very courteous! Which is rare with Uber driver. Often Uber cars are not clean and not comfortable hence black cab is! Black cabs are not smelly, while Uber is! I mean honestly, doesn’t that make the little higher margins for the black cabs really worth it? Black cab a major win 🏆 Uber big 👎

WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DRIVE FOR UBER. THEY ARE TELLING NEW DRIVERS THAT IF YOU RECIEVED CERTAIN RIDES YOU RECIEVED CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MONEY. IN MY CASE THIS IS WHAT THEY DID TO ME. THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I GET 110 RIDES WITHIN 30 DAYS I WILL GET $1,020. I GOT NOTHING. ARE THEY DOING THIS FAKE PROMOTION TO GET NEW DRIVERS TO DO MORE PICKUPS, THINKING THEY WILL RECIEVED THIS MONEY. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! WE ARE MAKING CONTACT WITH OTHERS THAT THEY HAVE DONE THIS TOO. AND CONTACTING ATTORNEYS TO SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE. BEWARE
