Two drivers inability to speak English caused significant issues with carrying out their job. The most recent couldn't find the house and needed to be coached to identify the property pickup via mailbox numbers. A potential serious problem if more significant issues occur during rides

Absolutely the most terrible customer service I have experienced in my life. Trash company and I will never use them again. Locked out of account with absolutely no explanation and cannot contact anybody to find out what has happened. Seriously? Joke of a firm.

The policy UBER has if the driver cancel the reserved ride 1 hour before the trip they don’t care the outcome, even that cause you lose your flight. Also if rider reserved a ride at 4:00 am and cancel the ride at 3:00am the driver just wake up for nothing even receive a dollar

They wouldn't give me my refund back of $43 and some change talking about the food was delivered how the food was delivered nobody knocked on the door I sent my daughter downstairs to ask the guard said no food was delivered to your apartment no Uber showed up but it got down that the food was delivered he she did not delivered it wasn't no face and it wasn't no number

Garbage company that pretends to be a platform for ordering food or transportation, when it's more a platform for the most unprofessional, rude, moody, and unhirable people to have some income. The delivery agents will change your order at their convenience without letting you know, or give you alternative at least, and the support agents are there to tell you why they won't fix or correctcany issues. They also love charging arbitrary Adjustment" fees, and afterfees, even ` the condition, correctness, and completeness of your order is off. -ayijg for a uber one membership doesn't help anything because they're not an ethical, respectable or transparent company.

If there was a zero, I'd select zero. There is absolutely no way to contact an Uber rides support by phone. The Help center online doesn't have either option - adding a stop to a reserved ride and/or revising drop off location. So frustrating.

Charged for Uber one for a year when I wasn’t even subscribed 0 stars. Absolutely gutted. I’m struggling to make my ends meet financially and Uber has taken out 5.99 from my account for months. For months iv been trying to get in touch with no luck. Finally got in touch and they gave me some refund but refuse to give me back 18 pounds refund that’s remaining. So gutted that these big companies mess ordinary loyal customers in such ways.

I dont want to give even this one star....first thing .. early in the morning i do uber to my work everyday around same time...and now it shows almost thrice what i pay and uber says they want me to take the ride and give 25% off which is still even more than what i pay and its absolutely so terrible experience...i have been their customer for more than a year now and the customer service people are very impolite....while i am trying to explain my concern they're saying i was impatient....

I received a meal that had a long, dark hair in it. It was mixed in the food and we found it when my son pulled the hair from his mouth. It was disgusting and we all lost our appetite and left the remaining meal uneaten. This is clearly a safety issue and affected the entire meal, not just the one bite or one part of the meal. Uber refunded ONLY the one item in the meal that we suspect was where the hair was found

Uber you are the biggest crooks I’ve ever dealt with you have charged my account several times for rides I didn’t take and refuse to refund my money you made my account go into the negative and I’m paying over draft fees on money that you put holds on! You charged my account 200 dollars and refuse to acknowledge it. Yesterday I scheduled a ride and waiting for my ride I watched on the app as he put that he picked me up which he didn’t, then he said he dropped me off he didn’t! So he said he would refund me my money he didn’t! And some how I was charged 2 times for this so called ride! You are over charging people for these rides and now you have hidden fees for so called wait time! What a joke your company has become!

Uber ride customer service is absolutely awful. I wish I can give them 0. They are a total waste of time. They do are not there to help customers in practice and cost customers distress and when it is pointed out to them that their advice does not match reality or have not answered the customers questions they hang up on you. Absolutely no emphathy and incapable of putting themselves in costumers position, they only know a few lines about oh this is our policy and we suggest you wait to get your money paid back in a few days if not call bank again and hung up on you. Total total waste of time, not sure why they are even getting paid for providing customer such awful service. They also refuse so many times to put down in writing what they tell you verbally so you have nothing to go on and nothing to show your bank that Uber has messed up, in order to claim your money back. Avoid avoid avoid please

Uber customer support is NONEXISTENT. They have charged me for canceling a ride I DID NOT BOOK, and the is no way, on the app or elsewhere, for me to resolve this. There is no "customer support" at all - and now I see why. Uber is simply a dishonest company, and clearly does not care one bit about their customers. Horrrible experience, horrible company.

I wish to there was anything lower than a one star rating. What upsets me is that they are are at fault, and they want to blame it on you, whether you like it or not. Zero, negative accountability. You'll have better luck at the local DMV.

I want to give 0 stars or even negative 5 stars for providing such a terrible customer service. I was charged $9.99 for the last 10 months and I never subscribed for UberOne. The customer service team is responding saying someone will contact me in the next 24 hours but I have not received any calls after following up with Uber for 6 times. There is no helpline for riders and Uber is expecting everyone to chat with a Chatbot. TERRIBLE COMPANY WITH RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE.
