All aps closed on my phone.. phone asleep & Timed out LOCKED. Pattern needed to open phone. Phone in my pocket.... I get home from riding a bike and get a cancellation fee from Uber ?? Driver cancelled ?? ThenYou get Uber cash Back WTF. ! IM SICK OF IT .

Why is it impossible to change something as simple as a freaking profile picture! I called three times and the first time the guy I was speaking to hung up on me. They told to me send a request to change my profile picture so I send it explaining that I need to change the picture so it can reflect me (is not an actual picture of me) and allow me to deliver food. I write in the request multiple times that the picture is not of me and does not reflect what I actually look like and they freaking tell me that “it seems to match your rider pfp so you can’t change it” I had to then call for the 3rd time about a freaking profile picture for them to only tell me to make another written request to change my profile picture. Whoever decided to make it this difficult to change a profile picture is Satan himself I swear to god I’ve never seen such a complicated mess over changing a profile picture. Still waiting as this issue has still not been resolved after 3 days. Patrick was a complete jerk and hung up on me and the lady I’m talking to know seems to care but can’t do anything but tell me to make another request, have I found hell?

I just had the most stressful conversation of my 34 year life. Trying to get paid $150 that is missing from my trips in a Tesla. They responded to every question I asked, with a question. 2 hours on the phone now and still no resolution. In my opinion, Uber support is the absolute worst support people I have EVER dealt with.

I would give a negative if I could. I have been driving 3 weeks. Love driving and really enjoy my customers ( our customers). I am unable to receive reservations ( 1 problem) and love the idea of upfront fares ( as I am currently driving all over town burning miles and gas as the app presently doesn’t tell me where I am dropping riders off until I show up to get them. When I call customer support I encounter a bunch of very polite and friendly agents who have absolutely no idea how Uber works. I first sent a series of email threads ( which apparently the agents can’t see). I am told my area doesn’t have reservations, yet some of my passengers made reservations. I learn this when I arrive at their house 5 min early and have to wait until the reserved time has come. I have been getting weekly emails about upfront fares which would be a huge benefit, but when I inquired about when it is arriving ( I live in upstate New York) I am told a flurry of erroneous information. For example, I was told that upfront fares are only for Uber eats. I was then told that they only work with reservations ( see above -“ we don’t take reservations”), or my personal favorite, “Can you send me the emails that you are receiving from us? I am not sure what you are referring to.” Again, the driving gig is fun, and the technology is insanely advanced. Given this, why is calling customer service a replay of the old Abbott and Costello act “Who’s on first?” If you are of the younger generation, YouTube it!

Uber Support was very responsive, but they didn't answer my question. Several responses were obviously boilerplate language and didn't apply to my question (I didn't ask for a refund and I wasn't questioning a charge). My question was why is the upfront price (UFP) for my scheduled and Uber Reserve rides $46.85 regardless of the distance. Nine responses, zero answers.

They charged me twice for two rides $34 dollars a piece losing out on almost $70 bucks, Uber sucks… As well as poor customer service

Uber support is useless. Their answer to everything is to uninstall/reinstall the app. If that doesn't work, they will forward your issue to a technical support team that doesn't exist. Then you will never hear from them again.

I have 3 mystery trips appear on my bank account that i have paid for a never took. Trying to get uber to give back the money is like getting blood from a stone. I gave them dates, times, amounts and a screen shot of my bank statement. Still not good enough. will never use again, criminals.

I have been trying countless times to get a background check issue resolved. My background check has come back clean, yet I continually get emails after speaking to support to dispute the accuracy of my background check. I CANNOT DISPUTE IT AS THERE ARE NO ERRORS, AND IT IS CLEAR. Nobody at Uber support seems to understand this, and continually tell me the same thing from their script.

HORRIBLE! I drive for ubereats and postmates and have had multiple horrible customer service experiences. You would think they would treat their drivers a little better seeing as how that's what keeps them in business. Every time I call customer support, I'm placed on hold multiple times without being given any information, just to be told a specialist will reach out via email. They never solve the issue and I have to repeat the process over again. I have been trying a week now to get the instant payout function to work. I was finally told, it was inactivated because my account was suspected of fraud...like how?? So now I can't access my funds because of a problem uber created and refuses to give me any information about...way to treat your employees.

Uber is the worst!! I’ve been on hold for 20 mins, trying to cashout my earnings that I’ve revived 2 weeks ago. They continue to file an appeal, when I received a message stating theirs nothing wrong with my account . I will be filing a suit against Uber. I was accounting this earning and then the supervisor continue to hang up. DO NOT DRIVE FOR UBER!!!!

Standing outside Stanstead airport, using the Uberapp , seeing the app contacting drivers 7 minutes away , 10 minutes away, disconnected 5 times. Will erase that app.

I’m a driver with Uber and had an issue with my account they said I had a duplicate account I explained to them I did not create that account I tried to explain that somehow my information has been used to create an account. They gave me several steps to follow about Filing identity theft report I submitted all the information and then they told me that they cannot verify that my information had an any we’ve been compromised on their end and would not reinstate my account. I was a platinum driver and drove over 40 hours a week and was treated horribly and they never reinstated my account or could help me figure out what was going on.

Uber such a cheating company, I'm a part time uber eats courier, one order what I saw the earning is $7, but it turns out only paid me $3, when I call customer support, I've been told they can't do any adjustment because the order is complete! Excuse me? I never seen any other food delivery companies like this! You made mistake and not make adjustment for earnings. What worse is, the customer support hung up your call!!! Garbage company, you can order the food, but don't work with uber. They always pay $5 for over 20km, $3 for 8km, poor drivers. So please tip your courier a bit, because Uber is cheap, sure no couriers would like to do uber anymore, that's why recently your order takes longer to deliver because no one willing to take order for $2 earning.

It seems impossible to delete my account and stored data. the customer support is unreachable and keeps sending emails to which you cannot reply and links to delete the account that don't work. I have spent a whole day trying to delete this account and the company keeps stalling. What's their gain here? They now just have a very angry customer who writes bad reviews.

Uber is very greedy and inconsiderate.they don’t care about nothing but there business and they don’t help you do anything what’s so ever . I lost my Wallet and asked them three different times to let the driver know but they just do not care at all . They do not take it into any consideration . They keep saying they will leave a message for him but he still fails to respond . Uber is very stupid and it does not make sense at all .
