The lady at the till was rushing me and snapped at me when I was trying to put the clothes I bought in my bag (reason she snapped was because I was taking a bit too long signing a refund receipt).

H&M sizing is absolutely awful. Have to order 3 sizes up from my normal! Added to that, the trousers I bought have started falling apart within a week. Truly terrible.

Rubbish customer Service. When I wrote to complain, they assured me they have excellent customer service. Not in my experience, and saying they do doesn't mean it will magically come true! Avoid Tamworth in Staffs unless you want a non-responsive, robot-like response!

I love H&M clothes and order regularly online. The kids clothes are all great sizing (I buy across a range of ages varying from 12 months to 12 years) and the price and quality of clothing is really good value for money and great quality considering so reasonably priced. I must be one of a few buying women's sizing that does not have an issue with the fit and sizing of H&M clothing. I buy all of my wardrobe staples from here and while I prefer Toyshop for jeans I happily for into a size 12, even with a generous bum, hips and legs varying on the chunky. Love the variety although the quality of the vest tops had declined this season and they are bobbling quite quickly. The biggest downside of H&M is their customer service which is generally not much of a service at all. Staff answer emails which the shortest most irrelevant answer possible. They respond in a way that ensures they do the least amount if work possible, and despite writing comprehensive, detailed emails it generally takes some weeks and plentiful emails before problems are sorted, e.g. missing parcels, payments not credited to account, account info incorrect. The telephone service is no better as they generally advise to put your concern in an email. And so the circle of frustration begins. On the brightside, they do however, tend to sort problems eventually, so one requires significant patience. Fortunately for H&M, the benefits outlay the negative aspects. And so I will continue to make purchases and grin and bear the rest.

Disgusted,after ordering 21 items received e-mail that 16 where out of stock?received shipping confirmation for remaining 5 items,marked as dispatched,great on there way,5 out of 21 not a great result,awaiting arrival of my parcel,any day.NO another e-mail this time. THANK-YOU FOR YOUR RETURN.What return?those last remaining 5 items have now been marked as dispatched and returned,without me ever getting a look at them.Oh well I will have to console myself with the thought,they would have not been suitable/fitted.I will never know.Wasted hours of my time browsing site,and it is not the 1st time,but it will be my last.Terrible service.

Rubbish customer service website order went missing as delivered to wrong address !!! Still waiting over 2 weeks later to hear back about it even though they said they would get back to me in 24 hours !!!

Paid for next day delivery, didn't get it. Tried contacting H&M, was on hold for 20 minutes... apparently there were a lot of people calling them, which is not a good sign. If you have a lot of people calling you, you are obviously really bad! Finalyy got my package, but if it takes waiting and arguing it is not worth it...

I went in in search of jeans asked for a size which was not out, was told rudely alll stock is out. Purchased some items lady at the till "Ruth" served me I pit my bag on the counter she asked me not put my bag on counter ? Well I wanted take my purse out to pay for the damm items? She was putting 3 jeans in small bag so I asked he did will pay for bigger bag don't stuff it in not even folded nicely! I paid she dumped my change I the counter no thankyiu or anything just a rude stare...this i stand one in oxford. Disgraceful!

I spoke to H & M and the delivery company (myhermes). I explained the online address is incorrect and it has sent to my other address. They did nothing about it. Still delivered at the wrong address. I was advised to reorder but it will still go to wrobg address. Which does not make sense. I added an address online. I got an online voucher. My item I have not recieved and i can'ht reorder as the item is ynavailable. 4 telephone calls upto 30 minutes and offered me an online discount I can't use as they can't deliver to my other address.

On 5th Jan 2017 My 12-year-old daughter and I placed an order with her Christmas Vouchers £40. Put the codes in and I paid the top up on my paypal account. Today no delivery no confirmation nothing. I contacted the customer service, they said no record of order and unless I had plastic cards no refund! Disgusted is an understatement.Who keeps the cards once they have been used. My daughter and her grandma (who gifted the cards) are very upset.

I paid for next day delivery, when a parcel arrived from another company (both using Hermes) I queried where the H&M parcel was, Hermes confirmed it will be 2-4 days before I'll ever get this "next day delivery" item... false advertisement!! They need to remove their so called next day delivery service ! I paid £5.99 and it's now going to take the same length of time as regular free postage (that was on offer).. I'll never shop with this company again !! The items were for my 4 month old to wear at her nieces birthday party :( too late now.

Hello, Today I received the worst Customer Service in my life in one of your branch in Wood Greenin kids section.The staff was to busy to having conversations between each other that they didn't even bother to say Good morning!!!! Drear H&M please give more training to your staff about good manners!!

I ordered online and put in a discount code which it said had applied but hadn't so emailed customer service because the queue was too long on the phone and it took them 3 days to reply then couldn't do anything for me.so I called customer services and still couldn't do anything. There's no such thing as customer service at home and m they do nothing for you. Pointless!

Currently waiting for a return to be processed from 5 eeeks ago. Since had two other returns processed. Contacted customer services .... three times ... three times received an automated email saying they are busy. Giving up with this retailer as I have problems with orders and returns in the past!

Customer service at the Bradford broadway store is ridiculous! I went to return a few items that I had purchased online and the woman was pathetically stuck up! I love H and M products and wouldn't hesitate to buy them. But you need to realise the importance of decent customer service. Clearly your staff need to learn to smile. I'm sure this is something that basic training covers! And I can't even make excuses for the lady- the store wasn't busy, it wasn't too early or late (even if it was put a smile on your face) P.s she charged me for a bag even though I had my own!
