I bought online a pair of leather sandals on sale. After numerous attempts to buy with several issues from the hm website and app, I could buy the sandals. I took screen shoots of the sandals and transactions prior made the payment and when received for my surprise I received a totally different model and of course not leather. Went to my order and the photo of my sandals was changed also!! I swear I didn't make a mistake myself cause I never seen this sandals so HM just not sent a different model it change my order!!!!!!!!!!!! How is that possible!!????? (I took the photos of the shopping basket prior payment!!!!) When back to search the same sandals and are out of stock!! So that is why they changed my order!?? Instead to informing me about the sold out sandals they changed my order. Why is the point to get a sold out item online!!?? I was a client of HM from almost 15 yeas and seriously this make me think twice if I still want to buy with them. In the other hand I think I'm going to return my last store shopping of 275£... You can't changed an order HM!! That is illegal!!!

I've been to a shop in Cambridge it is located in a shopping center.After I bought 4shirts and a pair of trousers I went to pay at the cashier. The lady behind the counter she was not friendly I smiled to her when I arrived she looked at me as She was thinking "I hate my job and I hate you".I do work in the hospitality industry and I know we can all have a bad day but we never have to take it on customers.She never asked me while scanning the items if I do have a club card so I had to ask her if she could please scan my club card before taking the payment. I said thank you but she just passed me the bag without a smile again no interest at all to deliver a good customer service.I'm sorry but the store manager should review their employees.Nobody should be facing a customer without a smile !

The website is a nightmare Why are all the sold out items still available to check? I always end up giving up and buying from another fashion brand

H&M insist on using the awful Hermes courier to deliver parcels. Hermes do not provide notification to customers about delivery dates or options. They don't leave a phone number or messaging service to contact them so no option to ensure items delivered when available. H&M then can't even intercept parcel when returned to their own warehouse. Very frustrating.

poor quality t shirts shrink and the jeans fad very quick and loose shape in the wash. poor quality if your paying 25 pounds for a pair of jeans

The jeans fade far to quickly and the T shirts shrink in the wash. So you have to buy them two sizes bigger than the size you are. poor quality if your paying 20 pounds for a t shirt. No real value at all.

the store in aylesbury were selling the same trousers in the sale rack at 2 different prices one at 10 pounds and the other at 17 pounds. which is completely stupid and the person on the till would not change the price of the one at 17 pounds. this resulting in only buying the one at 10 pounds. very misleading. next time will shop elsewhere.

I made an online order which was accepted, after more than a week of waiting for my parcel I contacted H&M Customer Services only to be told that their courier service mixed up their orders and I will not be recieving my order, when I inquiered if they could resend the order they said this will not be possible and they can only refund it and I can keep checking their website for the items to re-appear and re-order them myself. I am very disappointed with their service and attitude and will not be using their online service again.

Awful!! 1st order didn't progress after 4 days so rang customer service. Told me it had got stuck in the system and would need to re-order, told me money wouldn't be claimed from card, even gave me a free next day delivery code for re-order. Re-ordered and arrived next day - all good I'm thinking until the original order then turns up 5 days later and they have charged me for it. When I rang customer service again they said 'oh take it to your nearest store' (22 miles away!) not our fault you paid by credit card so basically suck up paying the interest for two lots of £300 order! Actual words also: 'we're not going to give you a good will gesture as we didn't expect it to arrive to you' - well maybe just a 'sorry this has happened' would have been enough! Looks like all the other terrible reviews are correct. Will be returning everything due to horrid customer service.

I bought some goods online. Unfortunately had to return them. Wanted to send them back by Hermes, H&M contractor courier. After arranging the pick up of goods no one arrive to collect them. It took me 6!!! phone calls and one email, over two and a half weeks to get the answer to what is going on. It still has not been resolved. No one came to pick up the goods. I have been told someone will call me back. I have been told the courier will call me back etc. No one ever did. I have waisted so much time talking to people over the phone and waiting for the courier to collect the goods. Never again! I have been very patient with their customer service but now I will let my lawyer deal with it.

Bought some present online 9 days ago. Just today 21st of December received an email saying that they cancelled my order. How can it be? What kind of company communicates this after 9 days of the purchase? What kind of system do they have set up...definitely they have a problem. You can't trust at all that you will receive what you ordered. What . they show on the website is what they should have in availability...should not be that difficult.

Ordered last night. Address wrong on system apparently H&M know about this but refusing to put correct address or issue refunds. Totally against the law.

""Disgusting online service. I paid for goods without realising I needed to do a bank transfer at a later date. I then received an email a few weeks later saying I have to pay a penalty charge late fee, and that I now have a bad credit debt....all for the sake of £38. The funny thing is, I didn't receive any late notice warning beforehand. Once I found out I tried to call them and pay over the phone, but they wouldn't accept any payment. They said I had to set up a direct debit with my bank. The customer service team do not want to help either with this matter. Do not buy from this company online. They are despicable.

Long delivery and most of The ordered product did show up due to wrong Stock on their website. Some of The product wich did show up was in bad quality.

Hermes apparently couldn't find my house but reported that they had tried three times to deliver and then sent my goods back to the depot. I run a business from my address and there is someone here to receive goods at all times — and a dog that barks whenever someone comes up the path. No card or note was left to indicate that they had called at the house. I tried to call H+M about this and was waiting to talk to someone when I was put through to their post-assistance survey which asked me to grade how helpful I'd found their Customer Services rep before cutting me off! When I dialled again and waited and finally got through to a human she dealt with me politely but steered her way carefully through our conversation without accepting any responsibility for what had happened and without apologising. I came away feeling that it was my problem for living slightly off the beaten track — though all the other delivery companies manage to find me. Badly handled all round. The least a customer service rep should say is sorry for the inconvenience and for mucking the customer around. Complete fail, H+M

Store they not friendly basicaly Harrow, if you asked the manager left you speak alone, and after staff laughing,, is not a good service i hope never coming thid shopping anymore.
