Ordered 2 dresses & shoes for next day delivery. Shoes arrived a day late. Dresses have still not been delivered. My initial email to customer services has not received a response. Live chat with AI assistant produced a refund on the delivery charge but still no update on when dresses will arrive.

I will still buy the shoes “again” if I find my size. I used to have another pair that somehow got lost. The reason I gave one star is temporary and because of the mishap but i absolutely adore the Chelsey Brogues!

I am exceedingly disappointed with Hobbs idea of cutomer service,I have several Hobbs pieces that I have brought in Jersey, the quality & style is beautiful but I do not live near a store so have to buy online which has proved a disaster, delivery service was fast but so damaged I struggled to repair the box to return them.I have had to get a dressmaker to alter an existing outfit for me, not what I had planned, & had the same delivery problem with phase eight, premium brands but the clothes so creased & damaged, not worth doing online shopping again. I am not looking for reward just a nice new dress for a wedding, it is too late to get a new dress shortend now, yes you can email me but suspect that won't happen. so have replied anonymously, but it has defaulted to my name, why did I think that would work.

Didn’t manage to try the dress. Evri failed to deliver the parcel and Hobbs customer service line kept cutting off. Paid through the nose for a dress I haven’t seen and couldn’t speak to anyone or get a response via email.

You cancelled my order before it was delivered due to stock shortages I paid for delivery which you never refunded. I’ve tried to contact you via emails, phone calls and online chat and got nowhere I would NOT recommend Hobbs to anyone

I ordered the skirt, paid for it. My order straight away cancelled because they couldn’t ‘source’ the item purchased. I have not been refunded one week after the purchase and I never receved the skirt either. I sent an email to customer services and I have not received an answer. Spoiling !!!

Coat is fine, but paid for next day delievery and it took 4 days to arrive. Since then I have been trying in vain to contact anyone at Hobbs for a delivery refund. They make it super hard to contact anyone. Email inbox is answered by bots, email address you are given bounces back as incorrect, Live Chat? tried 3 times. Why do they hate their customers?

No longer the good style, quality and customer service they had once offered. I’ve tried calling HO but they don’t seem interested. Goods arrive in damaged brown card boxes, no tissue paper……but still the high price!

Really disappointed. As Order was reduced by £23 00, before it had even arrived!!! Box was damaged. No message . No return label. Have phoned every day for a week. Just get cut off after 10 minutes. Will not order online again.

Incredibly difficult to deal with . Despite numerous emails, live chats , telephone calls etc etc . You have just taken my money and failed to deliver my goods I am contacting citizens advice and my credit card company So very disappointed.

It is impossible to speak to anyone in real time. Contact is only via “Chat”. They refused to refund my money until their delivery agent returned the jumper which they accepted I had never received. I was given 3 different delivery dates and time slots but no jumper was delivered. It was an appalling experience and I will never attempt to order from Hobbs again!

Hobbs is very good. Sadly they use Evri as a courier. As I have a personal on going issue with Gemma the local Evri courier I have not received my order which amounted to over £600. Well done Evri and Gemma, Hobbs has lost the sale as this will be returned and refunded in full stating she couldn’t deliver even though I requested it be delivered to my neighbour. Complaint about her needs to be raised with Evri.

Extremely disappointed. I have paid for my order and not received it. I am contacting customer service and nobody is getting back to me. The cold weather has arrived and I don’t have the coat that I’ve paid for.
