Wife likes Hobbs so I bought these Xmas gifts for her but she has seen them now so the surprise is ruined and I may as well return them and buy something else. You have let me down and I won’t use online services again. You also owe me £5 for the gift boxes that didn’t arrive. Will be interesting to see if you respond or try and put this right, no response to my email a week ago.

BUYER BEWARE! I never received my order from Hobbs and no reply to my multiple attempts to get through to customer service. The tracking number is useless as the shipping company says they never got the package from Hobbs. I've had to take this issue up with my credit card to try to get a refund. I will never buy from Hobbs website again.

I’ve yet to receive my order. Enquiry raised with customer service and I’ve still to receive an update from them despite the carrier admitting the item has been lost in the network.

It's a scam. DHL never received the parcel from Hobbs. No clear answer from the customer service and no refund of the money I paid.

I am really disappointed in the service. The top arrived in a disgusting state and I cannot get to speak to anyone in customer services despite three e mails to discuss a full refund including the postage. I just keep getting a stock automated reply . I have used Hobbs several times before but its never been like this

Hugely disappointed with Hobbs. I placed my order for a Cavendish coat to no avail. After a period of a few days they write to say they could not source it, had no stock. I find this hard to believe that it is not in stock in any of their stores. No compensation offered as a result unlike other retailers!

Hobbs after sales is rubbish, you can’t get to speak to anyone all they are interested in is sale clothes when things go wrong they are not interested.

The staff in the shops are always friendly and helpful. However, on line customer service is poor. I found it extremely difficult to contact anyone regarding the status of my order. I shall be extremely reluctant to order anything on line again.

Unfortunately I did not receive the item I was very excited because their products seemed to be high quality, this was my 6th trench and I thought I finally found the good one Their partner global-e handling worldwide shipments were not responding my emails.
