Hobbs after sales is rubbish, you can’t get to speak to anyone all they are interested in is sale clothes when things go wrong they are not interested.

I've always been a loyal Hobbs customer. Some nice clothes, really good quality but in recent years I think your service has gone down hill.

The staff in the shops are always friendly and helpful. However, on line customer service is poor. I found it extremely difficult to contact anyone regarding the status of my order. I shall be extremely reluctant to order anything on line again.

Unfortunately I did not receive the item I was very excited because their products seemed to be high quality, this was my 6th trench and I thought I finally found the good one Their partner global-e handling worldwide shipments were not responding my emails.

Hard to rate when I have yet to receive the trousers. Delivery was meant to be a week ago but they haven’t been dispatched yet!

Horrible service. I received wrong size — ordered a size 8 and received a size 10. I tried to contact Hobbs via email and ‘chat with us’ options but received no reply for over a week. Eventually I received a reply on WhatsApp from a kind employee, but the verdict was that I had to return the incorrect item and then I would get refunded, as they would not send the actual item I ordered. Now I have to return a faulty item when it wasn’t my fault. A waste of time to buy and not receive the correct item, and then have to return incorrect item for refund. Don’t bother.

the failaure of DX to deliver on 3 occasions lead to order cancellation.This reflects so badly on Hobbs that I would probably not buy again.Our first order was cent by EVRI and arrived within 24 hours

Customer service is poor. Very difficult to get hold of anyone regarding my missing order. I have still not achieved this despite trying to ring, using the online chat and the WhatsApp chat. I would expect better from Hobbs.
