“All my interactions with the Hobbs shop in Bath have been excellent, but I can't say the same for the website. Each time I've tried to order something online, I get as far as the payment page, input all my credit card details, think everything's gone through - and then the blank page appears again, asking for all my details, but without any explanation or indication of what I've done wrong and need to do again, so I've just given up (and hoped that the credit card details I've provided will be cancelled). It's very frustrating. If I've done something wrong, there needs to be some sort of indication of what I have to put right so that my order can go through. Any other similar website I've used for other companies makes that sort of thing very clear.”

“Very quick turn around to deliver. I was surprised and initially disappointed to receive my new linen blazer delivered in a shoe box size container. However, it was hardly creased as it had been wrapped carefully in tissue paper. It was instantly wearable shall we say.”
