“My dress arrived in used condition with a strong body odour with perfume odour. I contacted Hobbs six days ago and still haven’t received a reply. It’s unacceptable to resell returned or worn items in bad hygiene conditions, particularly to overseas customers who paid expensive international shipping. Extremely disappointing — I cannot recommend this company.”

Receiving a dress in used condition, especially with noticeable odour, is completely unacceptable and far below the standards we expect for our customers — including our international customers who pay premium shipping costs. “Love the clothes at Hobbs..so elegant and beautiful as ever. Amazing quality. However wish I had more dresses for shorter women as most of them as designed for women who are 5ft 10. Would love to see more trousers in petite and more elasticated waists or partially elasticated.”

“Super and sleek look hangs well and good length for those lovely ladies over 50. You would not be disappointed if you purchased this dress it’s a dress you can dress up or keep casual. It would be good to see more dresses similar to this to knee length.”
