“I had the most wonderful shopping experience in Hobbs in Edinburgh, the staff were lovely, I got to try on so many dresses and then suggestions were made for hats, shoes and bag, one I accepted the rest I declined but the staff were not pushy at all. I hadn't bought a jacket but thought afterwards i may need something so bought the bolero cardigan online where the service is also excellent and the website easily navigable.”

“Ordered on Weds for next day delivery. The following Weds i was still waiting for the dress to arrive. I tried to track the order,the page was broken, i whatsapp'd on your dedicated number, no response and finally i emailed and received a response. Hobbs blamed evri and evri blamed Hobbs. In the end i got a refund and i'm thinking very carefully about whether i'll use you again.”

“A very pretty top which can be worn casually or formally I had it delivered to my local store which was just as well as it arrived extremely creased. Fortunately the lady in store steamed it for me The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars.”
