“Some items just arent right for me. I must own over 20 Hobbs dresses and numerous skirts jumpers and 3 coats. They wear well and look well cut and i am always complimented. It is worth spending a bit more for quality.”

“I always shop in Hobbs, but recently they have not branched out at all. Products seem the same or similar every year. You can spot a Hobbs garment every time. Still good classic dressing though”

“Really disappointed. As Order was reduced by £23 00, before it had even arrived!!! Box was damaged. No message . No return label. Have phoned every day for a week. Just get cut off after 10 minutes. Will not order online again.”

“I like Hobbs clothes very much. They fit me across the shoulders which is a big plus - I'm 5'2", 50kg and a bit busty. I like their summer shirts and blouses and have bought 3 wedding outfits as well as quite a few jumpers. The smart casual aspect to a lot of their clothes is a great bonus as I can feel smart but comfy at the same time.”

“I wish Hobbs did petite tops and knitwear. Recently I have done 2 click and collect orders of knitwear and this time a top. No items fitted which is hard to work out from the size guide. This time I found the Cribbs Causeway Hobbs very helpful. It is my nearest Hibbs store to south Devon where I live. I talked to the staff about a styling appointment next Spring for 2 outfits for a summer 2026 wedding. I was impressed that the shop would get in petite dresses and jackets for this appointment.”

“Lovely shop lovely staff very helpful. My only criticism is that you don’t seem to stop sizes 20 and 22 in store. This makes it a bit tedious because I have to order online to collect in store so that I can try on the clothes in the shop and then take home the ones that I like it would be much nicer not to have to upfront the purchase price and then get a refund. I think I would probably be more likely to buy things if you have them in store and I could try them on there and then. Please do think of us larger ladies we’d like to look stylish too!”
