“The dress is too long for me. I received the item on 4th February and returned it on 5th February via Yodel service. I tracked the parcel on the Yodel website on 12th February and it indicated that the item has been returned to Hobbs. Today is 24th February and I am still unable to track on the Hobbs returns website using the tracking/order numbers about my returned item. I am waiting for the refund.”

Hello there, We kindly advise allowing up to 14 working days from the day of posting for our warehouse to process the return (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Rest assured, once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the funds will reach your account within 3-5 working days.

“Saw Carly dress online and just knew it was the one! I wasn't disappointed when it arrived. Very subtle colours, lovely length and oh so light and floaty!! I shall be wearing this with the short Elizabeth pale pink jacket and fascinator to my daughters wedding! It all matches perfectly and I cannot wait to wear it, my daughter was so happy with the outfit, very elegant and lots of class.”

“I regularly shop at Hobbs. I value the quality of their products and selection. I shop in store and online. When ordering online, I receive my orders within the estimated delivery dates. I have also found making returns to a store are easy and efficient.”

“I like the items sold in Hobbs; they are good quality and generally well made. I tend to order and collect from a store, so that I can try things on and return immediately (if required) and this usually works well, as with this reviewed item's order. However, I am currently still awaiting for another delivery, which is now 14 days post-order! Customer services has been chasing the order and has apologised, saying 'there has been a delay!!' There is no update on the tracking today. I would prefer more of the clothing to be made of natural fibres (eg. cotton, linen, wool etc) rather than synthetic materials - although I do acknowlege much of the material is Ecovero. Also. as a 'lady of a certain age', I would also prefer more summer garments with short / cap sleeves, rather than sleeveless and to have the option to choose sleeve length on the website's filter.”
