“I went to the Hobbs in cribs causeway Bristol and tried it on first before I ordered it an d I must say the lady’s were very helpful as when I’ve been in before nobody was helpful or didn’t even speak,I think there was new staff I was very happy Carol edwards”

“I ordered the skirt, paid for it. My order straight away cancelled because they couldn’t ‘source’ the item purchased. I have not been refunded one week after the purchase and I never receved the skirt either. I sent an email to customer services and I have not received an answer. Spoiling !!!”

“Coat is fine, but paid for next day delievery and it took 4 days to arrive. Since then I have been trying in vain to contact anyone at Hobbs for a delivery refund. They make it super hard to contact anyone. Email inbox is answered by bots, email address you are given bounces back as incorrect, Live Chat? tried 3 times. Why do they hate their customers?”
